Research On The Design Of Complex Buildings For The Aged And The Young Under The Influence Of Functional Compound Space

As one of the most important carriers for the development of human culture,architecture has evolved step by step from a single space or single function at the beginning to a complex spatial pattern,which is either dominated by spatial elements or dominated by functional elements,but finally presents itself in a complex pattern.Under this historical development trend,the author tries to conduct a design research and discussion on the functional complex space,and limits the specific design operation object to the old and young composite architectural design.Based on the research of functional complex space,this paper explores the design operation object of the old and young service center building in the community,aiming to provide effective design ideas and operation methods for the old and young composite buildings in the old communities in China.This paper mainly consists of two parts: theory and case study and architectural design study.In the theoretical research part,the author first of all,from the theoretical research of functional composite space,through analysis to extract space,function and streamline the elements of space composite,three influence functions will be three elements as the breakthrough point by a specific related functional composite structures is analyzed through the method of case analysis,it is concluded that the three elements in each case for the influence of compound space,And summed up the general principles that can guide the design of the Tianjin Zijinbeili Community Service Center for the Elderly and Children.Secondly,through the study of the composite feasibility of buildings for the aged and children,the author demonstrates the feasibility of composite buildings for the aged and children from the user’s physical and mental characteristics,spatial needs and behavioral characteristics.In the part of design research,the design task book was first planned and formulated,and the requirements of functional complex space were effectively integrated into the design requirements.Then,the project site was studied from the two levels of city and community,and its problems and requirements were found.On this basis,the follow-up design research was carried out.In the part of architectural design,the three functional Spaces of kindergarten,senior activity center and day care center are integrated.Following the design strategy summarized previously,the three are designed in a composite way,and the research and design are carried out from the three main directions of functional elements,spatial elements and streamline elements.
