Study On Compound Of Functional And Spatial Designof Nan Jing Dingshan Neighborhood Center

Since the introduction of the neighborhood center model from Singapore in the mid-1990 s,the related construction projects have continued to flourish in China.In the neighborhood center,the public service facilities and commercial facilities are integrated together.This operation mode,which taked into account both public welfare and profitability,had achieved great success in Suzhou Industrial Park,so it had been promoted to Suzhou and other parts of the country.The emergence of a neighborhood center is a product of a highly compound public building.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of project experience,the construction systems of comprehensive compound neighborhood centers have become more and more mature.Intensive space brought about by compound can improve the efficiency of the building,and it helps residents to get one-stop integrated solution to all life-related needs.It can also improve the sense of participation and awareness of community life for residents and increase the diversity of the neighborhood communion,while reducing the risk of community exploitation.It can be foreseen that the compound neighborhood center is also a key direction of future community construction in China.As for now,there are few related studies on the compound of neighborhood centers.This paper taked the design of Nanjing Dingshan Neighborhood Center as an opportunity to explore the functional and spatial design methods related to compound neighborhood centers.This article was divided into four sections.The first part of the article introduced the development of the neighborhood center and the need for a compound study.The configuration standard and functional strategies of the compound neighborhood center were discussed next.And then the related examples and generalizations of compound methods were carried out.The third part introduced the design ideas of the Dingshan Neighborhood Center,explaining the functional streamline and the compound mode.Finally,the compound design methods were summarized in the fourth part,and the characteristics of the compound neighborhood center were summarized.The suggestions for the subsequent development of the compound neighborhood center were proposed.
