Research On Campus Design Of Corporate University Under The Trend Of Function Compounding

As the highest form of corporate training,corporate universities have received more and more attention from corporations and mass media in recent years.Compared with the large-scale,standardized and standardized construction model common to ordinary university campuses,enterprise university campuses built by enterprises show the characteristics of customization,personalization and diversification.With the continuous upgrading of concepts,enterprise university campuses Assuming many functions and missions far beyond the internal training,it also brings the compound of the campus in function and space.However,many domestic corporate university campuses have not become an all-round development assistance for enterprises,nor have they provided a good learning and training environment for students,including school-city integration issues,campus internal department contact and space creation issues.This article starts from the above phenomena and trends of domestic corporate university campuses,combined with nearly 60 domestic and foreign corporate university campus cases collected by the author,and the practice of Ningbo Fangtai University project that the author participated in with the instructor.Firstly,it summarizes and combs the development process of the corporate university campus.According to the comparative analysis of the characteristics of the mainstream campus in different periods,the development context and evolution trend of the corporate university campus are obtained.Through comparative analysis and induction,case investigation and research,combination of theory and practice,attempts to propose systematic steps and design rules based on campus development trends.The main research contents include the following:1.The first part aims to ask questions,including the first two chapters of the paper.First,clarify the research background and related concepts,and determine the necessity of the research based on the domestic and foreign research status.Second,compare the evolution of foreign enterprise universities with the domestic status quoand influencing factors.Summarize the domestic status quo issues under the trend of functional compounding and propose corresponding design principles and goals.2.The second part is the core chapter of the analysis problem,including the third to fifth chapters of the thesis.Chapter 3 is based on a macro perspective and studies the overall design of the campus from the perspective of community integration and resource sharing;Chapter 4 is based on a meso perspective and studies the functional composite design within the campus;Chapter 5 is based on a micro perspective and focuses on the interior of the campus To study the spatial composite design.3.The third part is the core chapter of problem solving,including the fourth to sixth chapters of the thesis.Chapter 4 is based on a macro perspective and studies the overall design of the campus from the city and community level.Chapter 5 is based on a meso perspective and studies the functional composite design of each level of the campus from the level of campus planning and design.From the perspective of the architectural design of the school,the functional space and the non-functional space are studied separately.4.The fourth part is the conclusion part.It reviews the design research done in this paper and summarizes the relevant achievements of the thesis in basic research,design method research and the innovation of the thesis.This paper analyzes the current situation,evolution and classification of domestic and foreign corporate university campuses.In view of the current problems in the construction of corporate university campuses in China,the campus design research is carried out from the macro,meso and micro levels,and attempts to propose corresponding designs steps and rules,I hope to provide reference and help for future design work.
