| At present,the population contradiction in our country is driving for the reform of relevant institutions.The deepening of aging and the full liberalization of the two-child policy are driving for the construction of relevant facilities.However,with the tightening of land resources and the widening of the gap of caregivers for young and old groups,single-function care facilities are transitioning to compound multi-function care facilities.At the second session of the National People’s Congress held in March this year,it was stressed that we should vigorously develop the common development of caring for the aged and nurseries.The "Elderly and Young Compound" model has become the best choice.With the general improvement of population quality,the requirements of the old and young groups for the quality of living environment have also increased.The comfortable living environment in the care facilities for the young and the old not only relieves the negative emotions of the old,but also shapes the character of the young and brings pleasant use experience for the young and the old.In order to better create a comfortable living environment and enhance the service experience of young and old groups,this thesis takes the outdoor shared space of the elderly and young compound institutions as the research object,and provides theoretical basis for the research of this thesis through in-depth analysis of relevant theoretical documents and discussion of outdoor shared spatial sensation elements.Based on the on-the-spot investigation of two elderly and young compound institutions in Beijing,this thesis provides reliable data support for the research.Based on the theory of the relationship between figure-ground relation and environmental perceptual Theory,the study analyzed the outdoor shared spatial sensation experience in different states from the perspective of enriching the outdoor perceived experience of the young and old groups.On this basis,from the three levels of static state,dynamic state and alternating state of static and dynamic state of outdoor shared space,three optimization strategies are put forward,i.e.independent perception experience construction from static viewpoint,continuous perception experience construction from dynamic viewpoint and rich perceptual experience construction from alternating point of view of dynamic and static state.Practical operation methods with feasibility and universality are respectively elaborated.Finally,combined with specific engineering projects,the practical application of outdoor shared spatial sensation experience construction is demonstrated,which provides a brand-new perspective and design method for creating a comfortable and rich outdoor space environment and exploring the future space form under the compound mode of the old and the young. |
