The Research On The West Temporary Palace And Garden Image In The Period Of Kang Qian Jia Dynasty

Temporary palace as the emperor’s tour stay,both with the monarch to deal with government affairs,daily life,sightseeing and rest.The construction of the palace garden in the Qing Dynasty reached the peak of the construction of the palace garden in all dynasties,with a large number and a wide range.According to the different itineraries of the Qing emperors,they can be divided into four types: east,west,south and north patrolling palaces.The west temporary palaces,which ended at Mount Wutai in Shanxi,became a unique one in the Qing Dynasty due to their rich cultural connotation and unique religious attributes.For the research results of the west temporary palace garden,or the comprehensive research of the four temporary palace,only the west temporary palace as a branch;Or independent study of one or several of the west temporary palace did not systematically reflect the characteristics of the west temporary palace garden.In order to fill in the above gaps,this paper takes the west temporary palace garden in the period of Kangxi,Qianlong and Jiaqing as the research object,and analyzes its construction background,site selection and spatial layout,garden image,and garden culture aesthetic,so as to fill in the blank of the west temporary palace garden research and provide reference for the follow-up research.This study starts with historical materials such as ancient books,records of the Qing Dynasty,poetry anthologies made by the imperial court,and paintings,and takes the route of the west tour of the palace as the logic to carry out research and analysis.First of all,the construction background of the west temporary palace is elaborated,and the construction motivation is clarified,thus introducing the concept of the west temporary palace garden.Secondly,sorting out the west temporary palace garden naming and characteristics,construction time and classification,understand the palace construction considerations,clear west temporary palace construction and garden planting engineering process;According to the site selection and distribution of the west temporary palace,the site selection and spatial layout of the west temporary palace were studied and analyzed one by one,including site selection and external environment analysis,spatial layout and landscape pattern analysis;To understand the culture of palace garden construction,the image of palace garden construction is analyzed from the aspects of palace site selection and construction characteristics,architectural form and system,landscape sequence and spatial perception;Understand the cultural implication of the palace garden in the inscription of the garden landscape,the plaque and couplets,the poems and paintings.Finally,through the analysis of the space aesthetics and elements aesthetics of the garden,the author felt the aesthetic interest of the garden of the west temporary palace,and provided the ideological,literary and aesthetic thoughts and methods for the modern garden landscape design.
