Research On Renovation Design Of Shared Community Composed Of Small And Micro Residential Units In Existing Buildings

In the process of global urbanization,there is a contradiction between the rapid population gathering and insufficient market supply.The urban floating population is facing huge housing pressure,forming a "sandwich layer" housing problem,and the demand for various types of affordable housing is increasing.The shortage of land resources,the problem of spatial layout and employment adaptation of the floating population,and the financing of affordable housing construction are the main factors restricting the supply of affordable housing.At the same time,as urbanization has advanced,a large number of industries have lagging behind and can no longer meet the modern needs.Existing buildings that meet the needs of life.These dilemmas can be resolved through the renovation of existing buildings.This article takes the design of the shared community renovation of small and micro residential units in existing buildings in urban renewal as the research object.The second chapter defines the research scale and space types of small and micro residential units.The three types of exploration,experimental,proposal,and exploratory,select 9 representative practical cases for analysis,and propose the design and operation of small and micro residential units.Method,disassemble the design measurement elements of small and micro residential units into three aspects:functional modulus,time dimension and psychological scale,and expounded from each element.In Chapter 3,the article classifies the existing building ontology types that need to be transformed into a shared community,and collects cases from residential buildings,public buildings,and industrial buildings,and mainly analyzes the operation methods of existing building renovation,and focuses on spatial structure reorganization,The four aspects of traffic space improvement,shared space creation and facade renewal are discussed and systematically summarized.Then,based on all the research results in the previous article,through integration,induction,and analysis,the general ideas and methods for the renovation and design of small and micro residential units in existing buildings are finally formed,and the theoretical basis for the research-style design below is provided.In the empirical design,a design study was conducted on the base background and site status of Longchang Apartment in Yangpu District,Shanghai,combined with the analysis of the function configuration of the previous case,and completed the task book design and preliminary planning design.Through the unified operating system,the three types and six types of residential units in existing buildings are transformed and designed to create a small and micro residential unit result of "small residence,big life";at the same time,it explores the mixed and shared living mode of high-density residential communities to achieve Realize the low-density perception of the community living atmosphere in the high-density living environment.
