| Hall space in traditional residential houses,as a place for life and ritual activities,carries the place spirit which is the memory of generations of people,and is also one of the core characteristics of traditional residential culture.However,excessive urban development has led to the destruction of historical and cultural buildings,and the rapid development of urbanization has led to the influx of traditional village population into cities.The destruction of space carrier of place spirit and the transfer of memory carrier aggravate the disappearance of place spirit of traditional residential hall.To this day,the problem is still growing and has yet to be solved.In recent years,with the promotion of the country’s rural revitalization campaign and the implementation of the policy of protecting the inheritance of excellent traditional culture in China,there has been a upsurge in the protection and revitalization of ancient villages and ancient dwellings.This paper took the representative hall of Zhuang Zhai folk house as an example to systematically study the place spirit of traditional folk house in Fuzhou.First of all,the paper started with the correlation between hall space and place spirit,and analyzed the causes of hall place spirit while clarifying the concept of place spirit.It was proposed that the formation of the spirit of hall and hall needed people’s participation in activities,collective resonance feeling,the generation of specific scenes and other restrictions.Then,the formation mechanism and elements of place spirit were discussed from the objective physical level and the subjective spiritual level.It was pointed out that the objective physical level factors were mainly reflected in the space composition of hall layout,space scale,decoration and furnishings,and surrounding environment.The subjective spirit was mainly reflected in various folk activities,personnel activities and other crowd cultural behaviors in the hall.Based on this,the model of the spirit of the hall was established.Then,the space structure and cultural activities of the village hall were analyzed and discussed in detail.It is hoped that this study can provide some guidance for the space construction,maintenance and restoration of traditional houses,and provide reference for the development of traditional houses and related industries. |
