Research On Post-operation Evaluation Of Hotel Green Buildings In Suzhou

In recent years,the green building field has continued to develop under the vigorous promotion of the state,and the number of buildings that have obtained green building label certification is increasing,but there is a deviation between the actual operation of the building and the design.The phenomenon of "emphasizing design and ignoring operation" is evident in hotel green buildings.The energy consumption of building operation cannot achieve the expected energy-saving effect due to the particularity of its functions.In addition,the academic community has not paid enough attention to the operation effect of hotel green buildings,and it is difficult for the existing green building evaluation standards to conduct scientific and reasonable post-operation evaluation of hotel green buildings.Based on this background,this paper conducts in-depth research and establishes an evaluation system for three hotel green buildings in Suzhou that have obtained the 《Green Building Evaluation Standard》 GB/T50378-2014 logo certification,have been in operation for more than one year,and have an area of more than 20,000 square meters.The main work content and research results are as follows.First,through the combination of field measurement and sample survey,the indoor environment,actual energy consumption and water consumption,and user satisfaction of three case buildings in Suzhou area were objectively analyzed.The research results show that the indoor physical environment basically meets the corresponding standard requirements,and the overall satisfaction of users with the indoor environment is relatively high,but there are also current problems such as uneven indoor temperature and light distribution.The same is true in terms of energy consumption: the seasonal characteristics of hotel electricity consumption are obvious.The electricity consumption in July and August in summer is the largest,and the electricity consumption in December and January in winter is second.Among the energy consumption by item,The energy consumption of airconditioning accounts for the largest proportion,and the energy-saving focus of hotel green buildings should also be placed on the reduction of energy consumption of air-conditioning;hotel water consumption has the same trend as the peak of air-conditioning power consumption in the cooling season,and the changes in other seasons are relatively stable.Secondly,according to the relevant literature and national standards,the evaluation factors are initially screened,and the final evaluation index is determined through membership survey and validity test,and a complete post-evaluation model of hotel green building operation effect is established by expert survey method and analytic hierarchy process.Then,the three case buildings are evaluated from five aspects: environmental quality,resource use,energy consumption,building management,social and economic benefits,and summarizes the common problems of the case buildings in the three stages of design,construction and operation.Finally,optimization suggestions are put forward around the green rainwater infrastructure in the design stage,the light environment of the underground space,the envelope structure,the air conditioning system,the lighting system,the comprehensive utilization of energy,and the problems existing in the construction and operation stages.At the same time,it emphasizes the importance of design,construction and property management in the whole life cycle of hotel green buildings.Only when the three work together and supervise each other can the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction for hotel green buildings be achieved.The research results of the thesis provide a useful reference for the optimization and improvement of similar buildings at various stages and the planning and design of new projects,contribute to the sustainable and healthy development of hotel green buildings,and help guide the post-evaluation of subsequent projects.
