| Hotel buildings,especially the four-star and above hotels,the volume is usually larger.Compared to other types of public buildings,hotel building energy consumption intensity is usually higher due to the functional requirements.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the energy consumption quota for the hotel building energy conservation.The energy constraint value and guidance value of different star hotels in different climatic zones was given in ‘Standard for Energy Consumption of Buildings’.However,it is unreasonable to determine whether the hotel is energy-efficient only with a single energy consumption constraint value.Therefore,whether a reasonable energy range can be putt forward in view of the hotel building energy consumption,that is,within this range,the energy consumption level can be considered reasonable and energy-saving.In this paper,the software simulation has been used to determine the energy consumption range,and rationality was verified compared the simulation range and constraint value in ‘Standard for Energy Consumption of Building’.Based on the establishment of typical hotel building model,under the assumption that the envelope meets the energy saving design standard,office and air conditioning equipment meet the performance requirements of energy-saving,and hotel service quality correspond to the hotel star,combined with the actual occupancy rate and the local meteorological parameters,the typical hotel model was simulated with c hanging the form of air conditioning system,running time,personnel behavior and others,the hotel building energy consumption range under the condition of energy conservation was obtained.Compared with the energy consumption simulation range and constraint value in standard in building energy consumption,the reasonable energy consumption range was confirmed.The reasonable range of five star hotel building in severe cold and cold zones,hot summer and cold winter zones,hot summer and warm winter zones is 100~155kWh/(m2·a),140~245kWh/(m2·a)and 135~215kWh/(m2·a).With the research of energy consumption bill of five-star hotel building,the index of comprehensive energy co nsumption of unit building area was selected.Based on the energy consumption index,the energy consumption level of five-star hotel building in different cities level and different climate zones was analyzed.Comparing the actual hotel energy consumption and reasonable range,it can be known that there are about 53.73%、12.79% and 27.12% hotels have a higher energy consumption in severe cold and cold zones,hot summer and cold winter zones and hot summer and warm winter zones.The results also show that there about 54.55%、31.71% and 40% hotels have a higher energy consumption in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou.The reason of inconsistency of energy consumption level was also analyzed in this study.In view of present hotel building energy consumption situation,hotel building energy-saving technological transformation recommendations have been proposed,and energy saving potential of building envelope,lighting and air conditioning systems were simulation analyzed.Meanwhile,with the example of a five-star energy saving reconstruction hotel building in Shanghai,the amount of energy saving in lighting systems,air conditioning systems and energy savings operational management before and after the energy-saving. |
