| The rapid development of China’s economy has brought vitality to the tourism and hotel industry,and promoted the construction of a large number of hotel buildings.The building of a hotel usually has large volume,complete function and complex space,which leads to the increase of building energy consumption.At present,the energy consumption of hotel buildings in China is generally higher than that of developed countries.Due to the influence of climatic conditions and annual tourism cycle,the energy consumption of buildings in different areas is different from other areas.In addition,due to the high complexity of the hotel building function,it is difficult to achieve the goal of energy saving in the building energy saving design process by using traditional analysis and design methods.In the face of architectural design,construction and operation of unavoidable building energy consumption problems,the hotel building design for building energy consumption problems should be paid enough attention to.As an important component of urban public buildings,the energy-saving effect of the hotel construction plays a vital role in the energy saving and emission reduction of the construction industry in china.In view of the high energy consumption problems faced by the hotel buildings in cold regions,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the building energy consumption simulation technology and puts forward some suggestions on these issues.This article starts from the climate adaptability,function and operation complexity and randomness of energy equipment diversity etc.the hotel building features of cold District Hotel building,expounds the hotel building in the construction of energy-efficient complexity.Secondly,the paper analyzes the function layout,operation characteristics,equipment usage and the measures of energy conservation and environmental protection in the cold District Hotel.And from the climate characteristics of neglect,lack of hotel building energy consumption and energy conscious cognition,designers in the design process reveals the lack of breakthrough in energy-saving design of hotel buildings,find the starting point for the study of the cold District Hotel building envelope energy saving.The hotel next to the building envelope from the exterior wall,roof,window characteristics,energy-saving technology and other aspects of the system and the selection of cold District Hotel building envelope energy-saving strategy to provide technical support.Taking the envelope energy saving is located in cold area of Shuangyashan City,Heilongjiang province Hengda Hotel for the actual case study,using energy simulation software Des T-c,and the cause of the external wall,roof,floor and windows with the change of heat transfer coefficient of building energy consumption trends,in order to determine the object of study in terms of the most appropriate elements of retaining structure the heat transfer coefficient range.According to the range of each factor of heat transfer coefficient of building envelope,select the corresponding energy-saving construction in cold region envelope energy-saving technology system,to achieve significantly improved practice project meets energy-saving effects in energy saving,while ensuring the best returns between expenditure and energy saving benefit.At present,the hotel building energy-saving design of this hot issue,through computer simulation technology,make full use of the calculation of the efficiency,accuracy and intuitive advantages in energy consumption,energy consumption analysis of the present situation of typical hotel building in cold regions,which can be more intuitive and accurate observation of the characteristics of energy consumption,to achieve accurate design building energy-saving,energy-saving design not only for the hotel building is of positive significance in theory and technology,but also for the construction of energy-saving and new hotel is located in cold area has a clear design guiding significance and practical significance. |
