Abstract/Summary:
Achieving "peak carbon" by 2030 and "carbon neutral" by 2060 is a strategic policy set by the Party Central Committee after careful consideration to guide China in building a strong socialist modern country.Driven by the "double carbon" target, the construction industry,as a major energy-consuming industry, will be a major challenge.Compared with the traditional cast-in-place construction mode, the assembled structure has the advantages of energy saving and noise reduction, shortening the construction period, reducing environmental site and noise pollution and reducing carbon dioxide emissions, while improving the controllability of building construction quality. The assembled structure is the inevitable trend of transformation and development of the construction industry, and it is the main path to achieve "carbon peak" and "carbon neutral".However, there are many problems in the development of assembled buildings, such as low management efficiency, low industrial centralization, and high cost compared with cast-in-place methods. The traditional management mode restricts the development of assembled buildings, and the innovative project management mode has become an urgent problem to be solved. It can solve the problems of low integration and imperfect management of the assembled building industry, and at the same time can effectively control the project cost. The application of EPC mode to assembled buildings is both a policy-oriented and inevitable direction of industry development. This paper combines the EPC mode with the assembled building to give full play to the advantages of both, reduce the cost of assembled building, and maximize the economic benefits. The paper first analyzes the important role of the development of assembled buildings in achieving the national goal of "double carbon",and identifies the green and low-carbon development path of assembled buildings from two perspectives: the whole building process and the whole building industry. The paper then compares the cost components and unit price composition of assembled buildings and traditional cast-in-place buildings under the EPC model to find out the differences between them.Through the analysis of the influencing factors in each stage,an evaluation index model of the cost influencing factors of assembled buildings based on EPC mode is constructed.By analyzing various cost influencing factors in different stages such as design, production, procurement and construction, the explanatory structure model is constructed and the main influencing factors are identified through the method of systematic analysis. The paper further selects an EPC assembly project and proposes measures that can practically solve the cost management of assembly general contractors in EPC mode based on the three key influencing factors identified in the design stage and component production stage according to the explanatory structure model, namely: prefabrication rate and assembly rate, reasonableness of component splitting and mold turnover use, combined with actual cases. The paper combines EPC project general contracting with assembled construction, which is the current trend in the development of the construction industry, and can provide useful reference for the cost management of assembled construction under the EPC mode.
