With the continuous development of the economy,automobile industry is rapidly expanding in the global market development.Under the impact of oil shock,environmental threats and new technologies revolution in our country,the structure of the automobile market is undergoing drastic changes.The new energy automobile industry plays the leading role in the industrial cross-regional development of our country.With the strong support of national policies,major breakthroughs have been made in battery technology,the relevant infrastructure has been improved,and more and more enterprises have poured into the new energy vehicle manufacturing industry.Affected by the scarcity of core parts suppliers and high prices,the overall price of new energy vehicles is higher than that of fuel vehicles and the novel coronavirus epidemic in recent years,the economy has slowed down,so the overall sales volume is far from that of traditional fuel vehicles,which also has a great impact on the rapid expansion of new energy vehicle market.In order to occupy a place in the highly competitive market,new energy vehicle manufacturing enterprises need to effectively manage the parts procurement process and suppliers,so as to control the procurement cost and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Although company A is currently developing well,there are still many management problems on the parts procurement side.Through research,it is found that the company’s parts procurement management problems mainly lie in:(1)Single procurement strategy and lack of consideration of the particularity of different projects,resulting in waste of procurement resources and loss of excellent suppliers;(2)The budget process and the production shutdown process are not perfect,the contract signing and payment processes are inefficient,the procurement system is cumbersome and inadequate;(3)In terms of supplier management,especially the supplier relationship management,there is a lack of awareness of supply chain management,and supplier development With improper selection,performance management lacks objectivity.The thesis takes company A’s procurement management as the survey object,and regards the procurement management theory under the supply chain model as the theoretical basis based on the current development direction of company A and procurement management situation.Then,comprehensively using questionnaire research,theoretical research,case studies and comparison analysis to find out the problems and analysis causes in purchasing management.In response to above problems identified by research,combined with the procurement management theory under the supply chain model,we put forward reasonable suggestions from multiple perspectives:(1)set diversified procurement strategies according to different project characteristics;(2)reengineer the inefficient procurement process under different scenarios;(3)rationally optimize the supplier management procedure,so as to improve the procurement efficiency in an all-round way.The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the main problems existing in the management of parts procurement business of A company and propose targeted solutions.This paper has a certain practical significance to optimize the parts procurement management of company A.On the one hand,it can provide a reference for the improvement of company A’s procurement management;on the other hand,it can provide reference for the optimization of procurement management of other new energy vehicle companies.
