Research On Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of State-Owned Enterprises’ Environmental Protection And Social Responsibility Fulfillment

After implementing the strategy of reform and opening up,my country has taken the development of a socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics as the important task,and has achieved economic development achievements beyond expectations.However,in the process of economic development in my country,there is a lack of awareness of environmental protection,which leads to increased pollution emissions and serious waste of resources,thus causing environmental problems.At the same time,the development of state-owned enterprises in my country has also caused environmental problems,including air pollution,noise pollution,waste of resources,deterioration of water quality,etc.Our country needs to effectively solve environmental problems in the subsequent process of environmental governance.At present,the environmental situation is relatively severe,and the solution of environmental problems has become a global problem.State-owned enterprises that regard the development of the national economy as their mission need to actively do a good job in taking responsibility for environmental protection,and strive to become an example for other enterprises to take responsibility for environmental protection.The LS Group,which mainly manufactures energy and chemical equipment products,is the research object selected in this paper.The author starts with the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars’ research on the actual situation of fulfilling social responsibility for environmental protection.The perspectives of factors affecting the performance of environmental protection social responsibilities can be divided into internal perspectives,external perspectives.The perspective can be divided into internal perspectives,the external perspective,the external perspective covers the government perspective and the social perspective,so the author studies the factors that affect the LS Group’s performance of environmental protection social responsibilities from the social,government,and corporate dimensions.The final determination of influencing factors covers the following categories: First,the influencing factors at the enterprise level,which are embodied in the establishment of environmental responsibility departments and the establishment of environmental protection commissioners,the payment of violation costs by enterprises,and the innovation of environmental protection technology factors,etc.;The second is the influencing factors at the government level,which can be divided into political treatment factors,government supervision factors,government resource factors,etc.The third is the influencing factors at the social level,which are the media and public opinion supervision factors,and residents’ complaints factors.At the same time,based on 15 influencing factors,the author established hypotheses and build hypothetical models,and elaborates the survey results and measurement tools.Based on the survey results,the author excavated the current status of LS Group’s fulfillment of environmental social responsibilities and the fulfillment of environmental social responsibilities,concluded that the enterprises have problems such as backward awareness of environmental protection,inefficient fulfillment of social responsibilities,and insufficient supervision of social responsibilities.Finally,the author empirically analyzed the influencing factors and formulate countermeasures,that is,enterprises need to establish an internal environmental system,the government needs to formulate environmental protection tax incentives,provide resource assistance and policy support,etc.,and the society needs to play the media’s public opinion supervision role.
