Research On Quality Cost Management Of Machinery Industry Based On Lean Production

The continuous development of social science and technology has made it increasingly difficult for manufacturing companies to compete in a highly competitive market.In addition,in the face of consumers in the market for heterogeneous demand,companies need to continuously improve product quality to gain more consumer recognition and market competitive advantages,but the improvement of product quality will bring corresponding quality costs to the enterprise.Unable to achieve the target profit expected by the company.Therefore,controlling quality costs and improving economic efficiency are the key to the implementation of quality cost management in manufacturing enterprises.This paper selects Jiangsu Juli Intelligent Machinery CORP.,LTD as a sample study for empirical research,and based on the relevant data within the company,it studies the problems faced by the whole machinery industry in quality cost management,and proposes solutions to optimize production through lean improvement.Program.Firstly,this paper introduces from the research background,and draws the relevant theory as the basis for argumentation and puts forward the significance of this paper.Secondly,it introduces the quality cost management under lean production,and compares and analyzes its similarities and differences with traditional quality cost control.In order to better highlight the advantages of lean production;again,this paper discusses the current status and problems of the quality management of Juli from the purchasing department,design department,service department and production department,and analyzes the reasons.It is found that the company's cost understanding of these departmental nodes is insufficient,resulting in no perfect measures to control the costs incurred in these links.Finally,the lean production idea is applied to Juli,and the quality cost management based on lean production is designed in Juli.The overall optimization structure,and the quality cost control measures and corresponding optimization programs are proposed from the perspectives of the company's procurement,design,service and production,in order to better help enterprises reduce the quality cost and achieve the goal of lean production.From the current status of quality and cost management in the machinery industry,manufacturing companies have serious cost waste problems in the entire production process,affecting the profits of enterprises.Based on the lean production,this research optimizes the quality and cost of each link in the manufacturing enterprise,in order to reduce costs and increase profits.This provides a reference for the implementation of cost control throughout the machinery industry.
