| The energy storage industry is a strategic emerging industry in China,with the rise of Chinese photovoltaic,wind energy,new energy automobile and other industries,energy storage technology,as an important support and auxiliary technology,has attracted much attention from all parties for its industrialization development.As an emerging industry,the energy storage industry is in a critical period of transition from R&D demonstration to commercialization.Problems such as unclear industry requirements,unclear application scenario,immature technology,and untimely supply of materials have caused frequent project delays.In this paper,by studying the status and problems of the energy storage project of SE Company,it proposes an optimization plan for project schedule management and control,solves the problem of the delay of the energy storage project.Based on the existing project management theory,this paper studies the status of the progress management and control of the energy storage project of SE Company,。Through interviews and questionnaire surveys,information about external customers and internal personnel is collected,and historical information of the project is inquired.After summarizing,and points out that the main problems that exist include: Project delivery delays effect on-time delivery,frequent rework of the project affects the duration of activities,the failure of the project schedule to be completely resolved,and the continuous impact of the project,the lack of effective supervision of the project implementation process.It is proposed to establish a complete collection of requirements process and change control,an effective project time management process and specifications,a reasonable strategic material preparation process and procurement management system,a scientific performance evaluation and personnel training plan improvement goals,and according to the goals,sort out the overall process of project progress control,requirements collection and change control were improved,work breakdown structure was more detailed and reasonable,plan the project procurement management,personnel performance evaluation and training,and a scientific and effective project progress control optimization plan was established,after implementing the newly imported project and obtaining the actual construction time of the final project,the effectiveness of the optimization plan is verified by comparing the construction time of similar historical projects,and finally the research conclusion is drawn. |
