With the booming development of the construction industry and the real estate industry,the elevator industry has new development opportunities.Therefore,the elevator industry must quickly adjust its production and management mode in order to meet the demands from the market.Xinguang Elevator Company has introduced a flexible manufacturing system(FMS)to improve the efficiency and quality of production.Project management is one of the most important methods to ensure that the FMS installation project is complete on schedule and delivered into production smoothly.Modern project management is mainly divided into several aspects,including project progress management,project quality management,project cost management,project risk management,etc.Project schedule management is the most significant part,as it ensures the completion of the project on schedule.The increasing demands of customers for products and the increasing competition in the market have also led to Management.Lean Management is led by lean thinking,as it is an all-round pursuit of perfect management concepts.Lean Management is increasingly applied to the actual production process.To ensure that the FMS installation project of Xinguang Elevator Company is completed as scheduled and put into production smoothly,this article carefully looks at the current problems of the Xinguang Elevator Company's FMS installation project and analyzes the fundamental causes of the problems.This article optimizes the project's lean schedule management design scheme by using work breakdown structure,critical path methods,PDCA cycle and other management tools,combines theory with practice,and proposes a series of measures to ensure the smooth implementation of this optimization plan.This article first introduces the background and significance of this paper,and then uses domestic and foreign related literature as references in order to introduce the concepts,main theories and common tools of FMS,lean management and project schedule management briefly.Then the article introduces the current situation,and analyzes the problems in the progress management of the installation project from the aspect of installation project management system,team personnel management,financial management and supplier management.Currently,the most important problems include the lack of team management awareness,unreasonable planning of the project,complete serialization of project tasks,incomplete coordination of various departments,untimely procurement of materials,insufficient supervision of suppliers,shortage of technical personnel,imperfect management systems,etc.The next part of the article optimizes the project's lean schedule management design scheme by using work breakdown structure,critical path methods,PDCA cycle and other management tools in order to ensure that the project plan is completed within the requirements of the construction period,and that the quality of the project is in compliance with the specifications.Finally,the article proposes to improve project progress management awareness,improve project progress management system,strengthen human resource construction,promote supplier communication and supervision,and emphasize capital and financial management to ensure the smooth implementation of optimized design.The article optimizes the schedule management design of the FMS installation project of Xinguang Elevator Company in order to control the progress of the project,guarantee the quality of the project,and enhance the company's progress management awareness.Furthermore,this article has provided significant values in assisting other similar engineering projects of Xinguang Elevator Company.for the progress management.
