With the development of society,talent competition has become a competition between enterprises.As an important supporting industry of the national economy,the construction industry is also a labor-intensive industry.Today,with the vigorous development of science and technology intelligence,the application of new materials,the innovation and innovation of construction technology and technology are no small challenges to the construction industry with low comprehensive quality of manpower and a large number of people.However,in recent years,the turnover rate of technical talents has increased,which has become a dilemma faced by most transportation construction enterprises.If the resignation behavior of technical talents can be predicted in advance,and the resignation intention of technical talents can be reduced by focusing on prevention,then the resignation behavior can be minimized.Therefore,it is of practical significance to explore the influencing factors of turnover intention of technical talents in transportation construction companies and provide solutions for stabilizing the technical talents.S Construction Company is a transportation construction company,mainly engaged in the construction of railway,highway,bridge and other comprehensive projects.This paper takes S construction company’s technical talents as the research object,based on Price Muller(2000)model,combined with literature research method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,through SPSS software to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data,correlation analysis,descriptive analysis,and explore the influencing factors of S construction company’s technical talents’ turnover intention.The research results show that there is a significant correlation between the turnover intention and nine variables,including working conditions,family responsibilities,promotion space,opportunities,welfare,work pressure,job satisfaction,general training,and organizational management.The correlation coefficient values are greater than 0,and the relationship is positive,and the correlation is significant.Based on the incentive theory and career planning theory,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the turnover intention of technical talents in S Construction Company,and puts forward targeted suggestions:reasonably reserve technical talents,improve the phenomenon of "having a family is difficult to return",innovate talent training mode,reduce work pressure,strengthen salary management,broaden promotion channels,improve job satisfaction,and enhance organizational recognition 9 countermeasures to alleviate the turnover tendency of technical talents in S Construction Company,including improving the office and living environment.
