Research On Working Capital Management Of L Medical Device Company Based On Channel Theory

In recent years,the national reform of the medical device industry has never been lax,and relevant policies and regulations have been issued in succession.In addition to the sudden new coronary disease in 2020,the normal production activities of enterprises have been seriously affected,and the non-epidemic demand side of hospitals has declined,making the challenges faced by the medical device industry increasingly severe.However,with the gradual improvement of the medical insurance system in China,especially the gradual enhancement of the people’s health awareness,in the long run,China’s medical device industry still has huge room for growth.This paper takes L Company as the research object,on the premise of analyzing the research results of working capital management at home and abroad,and on the basis of channel management theory and customer relationship management theory,firstly introduces the industry,L Company profile and working capital status quo,and describes the working capital management status quo of L Company based on the channel;Secondly,through the analysis of the relevant financial data and the results of the questionnaire survey,it is found that the working capital management of L Company has problems such as high cost of procurement channels and excessive occupation of supplier funds,untimely recovery of other receivables in production channels,and low turnover capacity of working capital in sales channels,and the causes of the problems are analyzed in depth;Finally,based on the channel,it puts forward relevant optimization suggestions such as improving the supplier selection and assessment mechanism,classifying and rating the payment period of accounts payable,formulating scientific management system of other accounts receivable,establishing customer-oriented sales channels,and adopting key customers to strengthen the factoring of accounts receivable,and puts forward safeguard measures for working capital management.With the ultimate goal of improving the efficiency of working capital management,L Company can enhance its market competitiveness and gain long-term competitive advantage.Through research,it is found that channel-based working capital management can not only cover all working capital projects,but also clearly reflect the distribution of working capital in the channel.Compared with traditional working capital management,it is more comprehensive and accurate,and can accurately find the problems and causes in working capital management,Management of working capital based on channels can effectively solve the problems existing in L Company’s working capital management and improve the efficiency of working capital management.
