The Researeh On Working Capital Management Of Shanghai Microport Endovascular MedTech(Group)Co.Ltd. From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

Working capital is very important for an enterprise,which links all the links of the production and operation of the enterprise together to maintain the normal operation of the enterprise.At present,the consumption market of medical devices in China is in a period of rapid growth,and the government has successively promulgated a series of policies to vigorously support the development of medical device enterprises,and at the same time,has vigorously promoted the medical reform and centralized purchase in batches,which has led to significant price reduction of some cardiac stent products of Shanghai Microport Endovascular Med Tech(Group)Co.Ltd.Under the background of coexistence of opportunities and challenges,a good working capital management system for medical devices conpanise is particularly important for the better development,there are factor perspective and the overall perspective,the factor perspective is mainly combined with the accounts receivable,inventory,cash and other single project management,the pursuit of the best allocation of a single project,the overall perspective from the perspective of the overall operating funds,these can not be related to the company’s business processes,but the supply chain link can be procurement,production and sales links of business and finance,so as to carry out the analysis of the company’s operating funds management.Therefore,the company should apply the theory of supply chain management to the management of working capital to promote the optimal control of the company’s working capital.In this paper,the Shanghai Microport Endovascular Med Tech(Group)Co.Ltd.in the medical device industry is selected as the case object,and discusses the working capital management of the company from the perspective of supply chain.Firstly,I collected the financial data from 2018-2022,analyzed the status of the working capital management of the company and found the index changes.Secondly,the supply chain perspective is introduced to reclassify the projects of the capital and turnover of procurement,production and sales,then analyze the indicators of working capital of the supply chain,finding room for improvement in the management of prepayment,other receivables,receivables,sales and operation.Finally,at the end of this paper,countermeasures for the problems of the medical company,in order to provide some reference for other enterprises.The innovation of this paper is that the perspective of supply chain can be combined with the production and management of enterprises,which can be combined with the production and management of enterprises,while the research on medical device industry companies is relatively less,and even less combined with supply chain management,so this paper can enrich the field of case analysis,improve the efficiency of the company’s working capital.
