In the current market environment,the competitive pressure on equipment manufacturing enterprises is increasing,and their profit margins are gradually declining.Seeking new business growth points is the direction for equipment manufacturing enterprises to break through the current difficulties.With the rapid development of information technology and intelligent manufacturing,the intelligent equipment integration centered on integrated solutions has transformed from traditional manufacturing mode to service-oriented manufacturing through external general contracting project services and customized design according to customer needs,becoming a new development direction.However,the overall service project system composition of the intelligent manufacturing integrated solution is complex,involving intelligent equipment,intelligent management,intelligent logistics,etc.in terms of functional modules,and the internal and external environment is highly uncertain.Therefore,there are greater risks in project requirements,technical implementation,construction period,and other aspects than in traditional manufacturing.If these risks are not properly managed,they will directly affect the project effectiveness throughout the entire project execution process.Therefore,risk management throughout the entire service process of the integrated solution for equipment intelligent manufacturing is of great significance.However,due to the numerous stages and wide range of factors involved in such projects,and the strong correlation between risk factors,the accuracy and difficulty of locating or identifying risk factors have increased,making it difficult to quantify risks and develop targeted measures.In response to this issue,existing research mostly adopts subjective weight comparison methods,but the methods are relatively single and do not consider the impact relationship between indicators.The calculated weight results cannot reflect the real situation well,and the basis provided for the development of risk control measures is limited.Therefore,this thesis focuses on the needs and characteristics of G Company’s serviceoriented manufacturing X project.In response to the aforementioned risk management challenges,a risk assessment model based on DEMATEL-ANP grey clustering analysis is constructed,and a set of risk identification,analysis,evaluation,and control methods is proposed.Firstly,in response to the problem of risk identification,based on project feature analysis,WBS-RBS,brainstorming,and other methods were integrated to decompose and define the project task risk coupling relationship,and a list of 6 types and 28 risk factors was constructed;Secondly,in response to the analysis of risk factors,through comparative analysis of project characteristics and methods,the DEMATEL-ANP method,which is more suitable for this research,was selected.Based on the impact relationship between risk factors determined by the DEMATEL method,an ANP network analysis model was established,and local and global weights were calculated using software to rank the overall risks of the project;Once again,it is not enough to only know the ranking of risks.Based on the constructed risk analysis model and weight results,in order to quantitatively determine the risk weight value,comprehensive grey clustering analysis,expert scoring,and other methods were used to score the risk indicators.The grey correlation number was obtained through clustering analysis,and the fuzzy comprehensive calculation of risk was carried out on the evaluation target.The risk level of X project and each risk type was determined based on the calculation results;Based on this,targeted risk control measures and risk monitoring strategies are developed for the research based on the risk assessment results.Finally,practical application verification was conducted on the risk management of X project and other ongoing projects in G company.The results showed that the evaluation model and process were in line with the actual situation,and the smooth operation of the project was ensured through the implementation of control measures.At the same time,this project provides meaningful management reference and guidance for risk management faced by other service-oriented intelligent manufacturing projects during project advancement.
