| With the global economy dominated by services,the mode of "manufacturing" and"service" has become an important method for manufacturing enterprises to achieve success,and the proportion of service income in the total income of the company has gradually increased.At the same time,with the industrial model moving towards the medium and high-end development,most of the economic sources of the manufacturing industry are transferred from the previous manufacturing links to the service links,and the proportion of product maintenance,after-sale and recycling is also increasing.Due to the continuous improvement of equipment automation and intelligent level,the modern enterprises attach great importance to the maintenance of equipment.Good maintenance of the equipment can not only ensure the normal operation of manufacturing system,improve equipment reliability,reduce equipment failure rate and lower equipment maintenance cost and so on all has the very vital significance.Considering the randomness of the equipment is in failure and maintenance of uncertainty,risk aversion and the presence of the backup machine is the important factor in the process of equipment maintenance.For this reason,this article is from the perspective of risk aversion and the backup machine research under the background of service-oriented manufacturing equipment maintenance optimization and coordination problems,and maintenance of the equipment for the enterprise can provide theoretical guidance and decision-making support.Based on the existing literature research,this paper focuses on the new features of equipment maintenance in the context of service-oriented manufacturing,and conducts an indepth study on equipment maintenance in the context of service-oriented manufacturing that considers risk avoidance.The main research work includes three aspects:(1)The problem of equipment maintenance optimization and coordination in serviceoriented manufacturing is studied.Firstly,the equipment maintenance optimization model is constructed and solved according to the new characteristics of equipment maintenance under the background of service-oriented manufacturing.Secondly,aiming at the problem that service manufacturer and operator can not achieve coordination by making decisions alone,we propose new equipment maintenance coordination strategies for different situations.Finally,the optimal maintenance decision of the service manufacturer and the coordination strategy of the operator are verified by solving the optimization model and the coordination strategy.(2)The maintenance optimization and coordination of equipment with backup serviceoriented manufacturing is studied.Firstly,the maintenance and optimization model with backup machine is built and solved.Secondly,the influence of backup machine on the decision and coordination of equipment maintenance and optimization under the background of serviceoriented manufacturing is analyzed.Finally,by solving the model and numerical calculation,the influence rule of the service type manufacturer considering the backup machine on the equipment maintenance optimization and coordination is verified.(3)Potential application research:the analysis of maintenance optimization and coordination strategy of A machine tool plant based on service manufacturing.Firstly,the general situation of machine tool plant A,product production and equipment maintenance were described.Secondly,in this context,the equipment maintenance optimization decision and coordination strategy of the enterprise are analyzed,revealing the influence of compensation strategy on A machine tool plant under different optimal cycles,as well as the influence of backup machine on the optimization decision of both parties.Finally,based on the above two model optimization conclusions,corresponding theoretical guidance and management inspiration are proposed for the equipment maintenance optimization of machine tool plant A.In this paper,through the establishment of equipment maintenance and optimization model under the background of service-oriented manufacturing and the formulation of coordination strategy,the relevant theories of service-oriented manufacturing are enriched.At the same time,risk avoidance and standby machine are introduced into the research,which makes the research results more in line with the actual situation.Therefore,the research work has important guiding significance for the manufacturer’s equipment maintenance service decision. |
