As the core industry of the pillar of the national economy,high-end equipment manufacturing industry is of great significance to drive the development of other industries and promote China’s economic development.Although China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry has made great achievements,there is still a certain gap compared with foreign industrial powers.The reason is that China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry started late,the industry accumulation is insufficient,and the service-oriented transformation is slow.Improving the global industry status of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry and improving the international market competitiveness of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry through service has become a common concern of the country,industry and scholars.Therefore,this paper proposes to provide new possibilities for the service realization of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry through value co-creation.Based on the definition of relevant concepts,this paper analyzes the service-oriented system of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry from the perspective of value co-creation from the elements,structure,objectives and functions,and then uses the grounded theory to select the research object with the elements of the service-oriented system as the reference,and designs the number and content of interviews based on the structure,objectives and functions of the service-oriented system,This paper reveals the service mechanism of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry from the perspective of value cocreation,further analyzes the mechanism,and obtains the order parameters affecting the evolution of service system-service ability and participation service ability.On the premise of ensuring effective research,the order parameter level is set to two to form four different system states.By analyzing and discarding the one that can not create effective value together,and then according to the state characteristics of the other three service-oriented systems,this paper designs the service-oriented mode of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry from the perspective of three value co-creation.From the connotation,structure and characteristics of the service mode,the value proposition,the realization of value circulation and value co-creation,and the operation strategy and key points of the service mode,this paper introduces in detail the product chain service mode led by enterprises,the market standardized service mode led by user enterprises and the digital modular service mode based on all-round combination.The order parameter is used as the basis for the selection of service mode,and the index evaluation system of order parameter is constructed.The index weight is designed by grey correlation analysis and G1 weighting method.The index values are obtained by direct acquisition and questionnaire survey.Finally,the division point values of different levels of order parameter are obtained by cluster analysis,and how to effectively select service mode is put forward.
