| Electricity is the basic industry on which the country depends,and it is related to the lifeline of the country’s economy and people’s livelihood.Two tickets(work ticket and operation ticket)are used in the safety production of power plants to ensure the safety of operation and maintenance tasks.The two tickets record all relevant details and safety measures of the operation and maintenance operation,so the standardized and intelligent research on the two tickets can play a pre-control role in the risk of operation and maintenance operations.Based on the standardized and intelligent management of two tickets,this paper designs a risk pre-control system for power plant operation and maintenance.The rule engine technology is introduced to check whether the two tickets violate the power safety operation specification.After completing the basic contents of the two tickets,fill in the safety precautions for this operation,so as to improve the safety awareness of the operators.This paper checks whether the security precautions for operation and maintenance jobs are complete by using text similarity matching.Finally,the XGBoost-LR model is used to perform pre-job risk assessment on the two tickets.This paper firstly analyzes and summarizes the research results and implementation schemes proposed by the industry based on the technical background and implementation significance of power plant operation and maintenance safety.Secondly,according to the requirements of this system,two-ticket normative inspections and two-ticket safety precautions are designed.The main modules of the inspection and two-ticket risk assessment functions,and the interaction between the modules is designed;then the system is described in more detail in terms of the function implementation process,key class diagram design,module interface design,etc.;The main functional modules are tested to verify the effect of the system’s function implementation.Finally,a summary and prospect of the work done in the full text are made. |
