In this paper, risk assessment of a thermal power plant in Inner Mongolia is carried out by using the quantitative graded risk assessment model and risk index assessment model proposed by domestic scholars in recent years. The assessment unit division, hazard factor identification and detection, occupational health examination and other work of the thermal power plant were conducted through field investigation and data collection, and the necessary materials needed for risk assessment were summarized based on occupational health monitoring data, occupational disease prevention facilities and individual protection level.Various factors and parameters needed for each model were determined respectively, and the value was assigned through referring to relevant data and field testing. Finally, risk index was calculated according to the model formula, and then the risk level was determined through comparison and classification.Quantitative classification model and risk assessment index model were used in thermal power industry for evaluation and analysis, and the commonness and heterogeneity of the evaluation results of the two models were obtained, and the advantages of each model and the direction of future development and improvement were summarized. This paper is of positive significance for the industrial application of abundant quantitative graded risk assessment models and risk assessment index models, and provides reference materials for the thermal power industry to carry out occupational hazard risk assessment. |
