Research On Collaborative Management Of Construction Project Based On Quality Chain

The construction industry is the pillar industry of the national economy.The quality management of construction projects has always been a key issue in the construction industry and also a hot spot for scholars to study.The two major factors that affect the quality of the project are the constructor and the construction process.Traditional project quality management mostly focuses on independent constructor or construction process,ignoring the quality relations between the constructors or the processes.The quality chain theory attaches importance to the quality link between chain nodes.Therefore,this paper applies the theory of quality chain to construction projects,builds the quality chain of processes and the quality chain of constructors,and then discusses the collaborative management of construction projects.Aiming at the quality chain of the constructor,this paper takes the project quality as the goal of collaborative management,divides the relationship between the constructor into the principal-agent relationship and the relationship between the supervisor and the supervised party,and uses the game theory to conduct the research and analysis.For the principal-agent relationship,adding the incentive mechanism,the penalty mechanism and the influence of the market reputation,building a static game model with imperfect information and solving the Nash equilibrium solution.For the relationship between the supervisor and the supervised party,the static game model is analyzed to obtain the strategic combination and expectation of payment under the mixed Nash Equilibrium,and further discuss the infinite repeated games,the game of collusion caused by repeated games will be analyzed.Based on the above research,the paper constructs a collaborative management mechanism of quality chain,guides the constructors to adopt equilibrium solution,and optimizes the equilibrium solution by adjusting the coefficients and variables.This paper also proposes to introduce the project management consulting unit to form the Prisoners’ Dilemma to stop the collusion behavior.Finally,it analyzes the multi-party game of constructors and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of collaborative management mechanism.In view of the process quality chain,two kinds of quality theory and process capability index method are used to identify process quality short board.Based on the three-figure diagnosis system,the typical situation of process quality chain anomaly is analyzed.The process capability of the process is indicated by the process capability index.Based on the previous studies,this paper improves the multivariate process capability index by adding the principal component transformation to eliminate the correlation between variables,considering the contribution rate of different factors,setting the eigenvalue as the factor weight,management processes and specific measures were discussed in order to achieve synergies chain processes.At the end of this paper,an empirical research is conducted to prove the feasibility of the above research methods and put forward relevant suggestions and improvement measures based on the analysis results.
