The Research On Multi-stage And Multi-agent Collaborative Management Of Engineering Project Based On Game Theory

As a pillar industry in the national economy,the construction industry not only provides the material and technical basis for the developments of economy and society,which in turn support the demand of products within building industry.Along with the economic transformation and upgrading growing rapidly,the construction industry is still faced with the problems of development.In the project management mode of the whole process under the traditional concept,the information barriers exist in each stage,which cannot be well connected.The stakeholders lack of coordination,and both conflicts of interest and information asymmetry problem still exist between them.Therefore,this paper applies game theory into project management combined with the idea of collaborative management,establishing mathematical model on the multi-game.It analyzes factors which influence the income within stakeholders at different stages,and puts forward the cooperative mechanism of the management system.This paper creatively proposes analysis thought in which how to analyze the work content and different relationships of stakeholders at different stages using collaborative management idea.It mainly contains two aspects: minimizing the cost and maximizing the profits.Through the detailed description of the content in the preparation and implementation phase of construction project,it finds out the way to solve the problems in the process of management.The paper includes six chapters.The first chapter is told about the selection of the topic,the significance and the main content of the research.The second chapter expounds the theoretical basis of the study.The third chapter is an overview of collaborative management in different stages of the project.The fourth and the fifth chapters are the core of the study,and the main research contents and results are shown as follows:The fourth chapter is the study of multi-stage and multi-agent collaborative management of project.Firstly,it clearly points out that the necessity and feasibility of the combination of the game theory and engineering projects in various stages of collaborative management.Constructing stage of engineering project from the "horizontal analysis" : game model of decision-making stage,bidding stage,construction stage.Through the construction of collaborative management model at different stages as well as optimizing the content of management,the author finds out the main factors that affecting the behavior of stakeholders,at the same time putting forward the optimal trade-offs decision.The fifth chapter has done researches on the collaborative engineering project management mechanism,aiming at the influence factors of each stage between interests and interests distribution.This chapter intends to establish effective coordination mechanism from the "vertical analysis",solving practical problems for decision-makers in different stages.The key finding of the paper is that the factors that the game models of different principals at different stages are different,each subject has the same cooperative management mechanism.The optimal strategies adopted by different principals are also different.At the stage of the decision-making,the game analysis of the government departments and the owners shows that: the preferential and subsidy policies of the government can encourage the owners to consider the social benefits,in the meanwhile the owners are willing to pay additional costs to obtain higher returns.In the of stage bidding,the game analysis and empirical analysis of the two models show that: improving the technical ability to reduce the cost of bidding could obtain the best price.In the stage of construction,the single stage and multi-stage game model on the four parties of owners,supervisors,contractors,non-profit organizations,have constructed based on the different choices from different principals.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the different factors of different stages and the game equilibrium results,this paper summarizes the mechanism of collaborative management.
