According to China’s policy of accelerating the construction of a transportation power and improving the comprehensive transportation corridor,a large number of desert areas need to be crossed in the northwest highway construction process.Due to the particularity of the natural conditions and construction conditions in the desert area,there are many problems in the cost management of the desert subgrade project,and it is necessary to determine the reasonable and scientific cost standard of the desert subgrade project as the cost management control goal at the design stage,so as to achieve effective management and control of the cost.In this thesis,related concepts of subgrade engineering cost are sorted out firstly.Then the necessity and importance of establishing the cost range of desert subgrade engineering is analyzed.Considering the particularity of natural conditions and construction conditions in desert areas,as well as the construction methods and construction machinery of desert subgrade engineering,this study focused on comparative analysis of desert subgrade and ordinary subgrade construction techniques.Based on the construction technology of desert subgrade engineering,through the sample data of on-site investigation,the consumption of labor,materials and mechanical shifts of each work content is analyzed,the distribution probability of the desert subgrade project is simulated by Monte Carlo simulation combined with the factors affecting the cost,and the unit price range of each work content of the desert roadbed project is obtained.On the basis of interval construction,the application of cost interval in preliminary design review of desert highway is studied.And take Xinjiang S21 line Altay-Urumqi expressway as an example to conduct research,which proves the operability and guidance of the establishment and application of this cost interval.This study is helpful for construction managers to recognize the core points that affect the cost of such projects,and construction units to clarify the key points of desert highway subgrade construction.Assist the cost evaluation in the design stage of desert highway to achieve effective management and control of cost,and provide reference for the future cost evaluation of desert subgrade engineering. |
