The process of the construction project is a large complex system, characterized by multi-objectives, multivariable, randomness and integration. Due to the limited understanding of the complex construction system, the practical application of traditional mechanism model is unsatisfactory. While the simulation model is especially suitable for solving stochastic and randomness information processing, with advantages such as strong adaptability, high accuracy and logic functions. Calculation of quantities is the core of construction project, with the characteristics of large workload, time-consuming, cumbersome and strict requirements, accounts for50%-70%of project budget work, and the degree of accuracy and speed will directly affect the speed and quality of engineering budget.From the viewpoint of system theory, this paper reasonably forecasted the construction duration to tang island bay yacht club first-stage project in Qingdao, using Monte Carlo simulation and critical path simulation, also calculated quantities of1#heat source factory complex building construction project of north long thermal engineering limited company in Dalian applying Luban software. The building of Progress of the simulation model can effectively predict construction period, revise construction program and realize real-time control to ensure that the construction system is stable and efficient operation. Quantities statistical information is helpful to speed up to budget, improve the quality of it, lighten the bear of the staff, and to strengthen the audit and approval of transparency is of great significance.In view of the phenomena that the present construction project pure pursuit of fastest schedule or cost minimization, ignoring the current situation of the construction project quality and budget control. The paper using the operational research and the viewpoint of system theory, make the system of construction schedule and concept of information of quantities, from the perspective of the overall control, adopt the method of BIM progress prediction and statistics of quantities of construction system has carried the instance analysis and research, provide the basis for decision-making.The research content mainly summarized as follows:(a) For the studying the theory the construction progress simulation and statistics of quantities, including construction simulation method, the construction of the basic principle, process and quantity statistical concepts, methods, important role, providing fundamental basis for the subsequent construction project construction progress simulation and statistics of quantities.(b) To the first phase construction project of Tang island bay yacht club project in Qingdao as the research object, introduced the specific situation of the construction project, established project construction progress simulation model, according to the concrete construction of the sample data, MATLAB7.7as tools. After the construction of the model, when the relative error of the simulation time limit for a project are smaller by the verifying of stochastic simulation results, the modeling of success.(c) To1#heat source factory complex building construction project of north long thermal engineering limited company In Dalian as the research object, Selected the Luban software for3D modeling and pipe usage statistics, making the successful implementation of the3D design of the project pipeline engineering and statistical work of dosage of pipes, accessories, and providing the technical support for the application of3D simulation software.
