Research On Construction Target Cost And Deviation Prediction Of Engineering Project

In the competitive market environment,strengthening cost control is an important measure to improve the efficiency of construction enterprises.However,there are some problems in the cost control of construction enterprises,such as the lack of comprehensive consideration in the standard formulation of target cost and the failure to adopt timely strategies to correct the cost deviation.Therefore,how to determining the construction target cost,cost feedforward control,become the focus of this paper.This paper first summarizing the concept of cost control,steps and principles,combined with the theory of target cost management,put forward the concept of construction target cost,and analyzing the content and object of project construction target cost control.According to the construction of the standard of evaluation of target cost principle,through the questionnaire and the target cost for project construction standard to determine the key factors should be considered,from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the relationship between the key factors and cost,determining the key factors and cost function equation,according to the function relation between the key factors and cost,Construction project construction target cost determination model.Then,from the perspective of influencing the realization of each key factor,the paper analyzing the reasons for the deviation of construction target cost,concluding that the influencing factors mainly come from four aspects:people,organization,natural environment and market environment,and establishing the prediction index system of construction target cost deviation.In order to realizing the feedforward control of construction cost,principal component analysis and multiple linear regression method are used to building the prediction model of construction target cost deviation,and the construction target cost deviation correction system is establishing from two aspects of judgment and deviation correction.Finally,this paper taking a city Y project as an example for case analysis to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the construction target cost standard determination and deviation prediction method proposed in this paper.To sum up,the research resulting of this paper have certain practical value,which will promote the theoretical research on construction cost control of engineering projects and provide theoretical and methodical guidance for construction enterprise managers in preventing construction cost overruns and improving enterprise benefits.
