Study On Construction Cost Control Of Municipal Project Of S Construction Company

As early as 1880,construction contractors have already appeared in the Chinese market.After 142 years of construction history,the process technology and control form are also gradually improved.As a key pillar of economic development in the construction industry,much of capital began to enter the construction industry,which also promoted the rapid growth of municipal projects.However,the impact of the epidemic,leverage effect and other reasons have hit the construction industry hard.Therefore,strengthening the project cost control is an important link to maintain stability in the construction industry.However,municipal projects involve greater risk factors,longer construction time,wider construction operations,and more uncontrollable cost control.The method of cost control for construction engineering is also gradually improved,and the whole life cycle,the whole process and all-round control is essential.This paper takes the municipal project as an example,takes the engineering cost control as the core,begain with the research background and significance,and then introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis about construction.Next,reviews the world of the related literature,at the same part introduces the current situation of the municipal project and engineering cost control of Shenzhen S Construction Company,further study and analyze the problems and causes of the engineering cost control,that’s say that the engineering cost control improvement strategy for this project,and finally makes the research conclusion of this paper.This paper takes the municipal engineering project of Shenzhen S construction Company as an example,using the aim of the cost theory and the whole life cycle cost control theory,including cost change control method,project cost analysis table method,cost accumulation curve method,earning value method,operation cost method.In this paper,using the earning value method to make the deviation analysis of the project,and in the construction process of the project,the causal analysis combined with the fish bone map is used to gain insight into the key factors of cost control,and propose the corresponding optimization ways.
