The project delivery model plays an important role in the transformation of the construction industry,Driven by economic development,the scale of construction projects has become larger and the process flow has become more and more complex.The traditional delivery model has been unable to adapt to the increasingly fierce industry competition environment,and the project delivery model has begun to develop in the direction of integration and integration.In this context,the Integrated Project Delivery(IPD)model came into being.The IPD model is an engineering project delivery model with "integration" and "collaboration" as the core concepts.This model requires the project participants to form a unified community of interests,starting from the common interests of the project,sharing risks and benefits,reducing waste,so as to optimize the results of the construction project,maximize the benefits,and create greater value for the owners.The IPD model further optimizes the way of cooperation between owners and non-owner participants,avoids the moral hazard under traditional delivery methods,and is an important direction for the transformation and upgrading of China construction industry.Maximizing project benefits within the target cost is the ultimate goal of the IPD model,and the ideal cost management effect is the foundation and premise for the smooth realization of the IPD model.There are obvious differences between the IPD model and the traditional delivery model.For the construction projects delivered by this mode,it is bound to be difficult to achieve the desired effect by applying traditional concepts and methods for cost management.This will affect the enthusiasm of the participants and hinder the promotion and application of the IPD model in the construction industry.Based on the above status quo,this paper conducts a systematic study on the whole process cost management of construction projects under the IPD mode.First of all,this paper discusses the theoretical basis and core support of the IPD model based on the current research status and related theories at home and abroad,and points out that the whole process cost management of the construction project under the IPD model should consider the process and methods from the perspective of integrated delivery.Secondly,this paper selects the key elements that affect cost management based on the characteristics of the delivery model,and analyzes them one by one,and identifies the three key points included in the research on the whole process cost management of construction projects under the IPD model: process design,initial cost estimation,construction period cost control.Then,on the basis of the point analysis,this paper applies TVD theory,Monte Carlo simulation method and Earned Value Analysis method to build the whole process cost management system of construction projects under the IPD model covering the three main points.Finally,this paper proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the research through case simulation.This paper explores the method of promoting the IPD model from the perspective of cost management,and constructs a cost management system suitable for the IPD model,which can provide a theoretical reference for the promotion and application of the IPD model in China construction industry.
