The construction of subway is complicated and changeable,the construction environment is bad,and there are a variety of potential safety risks.Construction emergencies are easy to happen,which bring many difficulties to the management of the organization,and even ultimately lead to the smooth construction of subway construction projects.Different from the traditional engineering project risk response,organizational resilience covers the whole process management before,during and after the event.It emphasizes the organization’s self-adjustment,reorganization and optimization to adapt to external uncertainties,so as to ensure the normal operation of the organization and ensure the smooth recovery and development of the organization.Based on the above background,this study introduced the concept of organizational toughness,defined the connotation of subway construction organizational toughness,and carried out relevant research on the influencing factors of subway construction organizational toughness under emergency situation.Firstly,the original data were collected by literature analysis,case analysis and interview survey.Based on the grounded theory method,data are coded in open,main axis and core by software NVivo11.5 core categories,16 main categories and 44 subcategories of influencing factors were coded,among which 5 core categories were prevention ability,preparation ability,coping ability,recovery ability and external environment.Secondly,the system dynamics research method is adopted to draw the causal relationship diagram of the influencing factors of the subway construction organization toughness,construct the system dynamics model of the influencing factors of the subway construction organization toughness under the emergency situation,and analyze the system structure and the relationship between the factors.Finally,with Z project as the background,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to assign weights to each influencing factor,and the simulation and sensitivity analysis of the system model are carried out to explore the relationship between the factors.The simulation results show that prevention ability,preparation ability,coping ability,recovery ability and external environment are positively correlated with the organizational toughness of subway construction.Sensitivity analysis of the factors affecting the results showed that the leadership mental toughness,rationality,the degree of knowledge sharing,emergency contingency plans to summarize evaluation and other four factors of subway construction group have a significant impact toughness,based on this,from four aspects to enhance emergency situations the subway construction organization toughness corresponding measures and Suggestions are put forward.This study deeply analyzes the relationship between the influencing factors of the organizational toughness of subway construction,provides a basis for improving the organizational toughness of subway construction in emergency situations,and has certain theoretical significance and practical value for improving the management level of subway construction and reducing the loss of subway construction organization.
