The subway construction project has a long construction period and a complex construction process,which leads to frequent safety accidents.Resilience is security discipline research hotspot in the response to sudden and adverse events,an organization’s level of security resilience can be achieved by team resilience measurement.When the construction team face the complicated and changeable environment,how to deal with crisis and adapt to the new environment,and how to recover after the setback team vitality and other issues still remain to be studied.Based on the theory of resilience and ecological psychology,the influence of family resilience and organizational resilience on individual is reflected in the influence of subway construction team on personnel behavior.The interaction model of team resilience and safety behavior of subway construction workers can be established.Finally,empirical research is conducted to examine the interaction mechanism and influence path between team resilience and safety behavior.(1)To construct the dimensional index system of the team resilience of subway construction personnel.By using literature research,examine the relationship among subway construction team resilience,construction personnel mental resilience,"resources-emotional" interactive features,security atmosphere and safety behavior analysis.Moreover,analyze influence factors of the subway construction team resilience,mental resilience and safety behavior.And then,determine team structure dimension of resilience,preliminary build subway construction site team resilience index system of measuring dimension.(2)To construct the theoretical model of the interaction between team resilience and individual behavior of employees at the subway construction site.Learning from the resilience theory,demand hierarchy theory or method and the theory of ecological psychology theory,mental resilience is regarded as the intermediary effect variable,"resources-emotional" four kinds of interaction characteristics and safe atmosphere can be regulating variable,make assumptions of the relationship between team resilience and individual behavior of employees,followed by initiatively modeling interaction between team resilience and metro construction personnel safety behavior.(3)Clarifying the optimal influence model and influence path between team resilience and individual behaviors of construction workers.The team resilience,psychological resilience and safety behaviors were measured and questionnaires were developed based on the logical assumptions of the impact model.SPSS25.0 was used to test the reliability and validity of questionnaires.Using AMOS26.0 software to build the optimal SEM relationship model among team resilience and security behavior.According to the results of model analysis,determine interaction mechanism and affection path of team resilience and the safety of subway construction behavior.The above research results clearly show the influence relationship between team resilience and safety behavior of subway construction personnel,which has certain theoretical and practical significance for reducing safety accident rate and improving safety performance at construction site. |
