As a new information construction technology,BIM can improve the collaborative work efficiency,reduce the claim for engineering change,and shorten the construction period.However,the practical application of BIM technology involves multiple professional parties and is affected by economic,technological,organizational and management factors,so its practical application effect is still far from the huge potential advantages of BIM technology itself.Therefore,the study on the influencing factors and network relationship of the inter-organizational collaborative application of BIM technology is conducive to solving problems such as poor application effect of BIM technology,promoting the effective collaborative work of all parties involved in the project by using BIM technology,giving play to the functional characteristics of BIM technology and promoting the rapid development of BIM technology.This paper firstly combines the current application status of BIM technology,deeply analyzes the application subject of BIM technology and the cross-organizational collaborative motivation and behavior of the application subject of BIM technology,constructs the cross-organizational collaborative application model of BIM technology,and reveals the cross-organizational collaborative application principle of BIM technology based on the model.The final analysis concludes that the principle of collaborative application of BIM technology across organizations is that the application subject of BIM technology actively and continuously promotes the adoption,absorption and diffusion of BIM technology.Based on the principle of collaborative application of BIM technology across organizations,this paper explores the influencing factors in the process of collaborative application of BIM technology across organizations,namely,the adoption,absorption and diffusion of BIM technology.Literature analysis method was used to identify potential influencing factors,relevant hypotheses were proposed and hypothesis models were constructed based on the potential influencing factors,and questionnaires were prepared and distributed to BIM technology users,and 133 valid questionnaires were finally obtained.Exploratory factor analysis on the data collected,get seven main influencing factors,and then through a structural equation model to verify this hypothesis,the final result for legal factors was not significant cross-organizational collaborative BIM technology,other six factors(policy,industry,technology,economy,organization and personnel)assumptions are established.Among them,the effect intensity of the influencing factor is the organizational factor at most and the policy factor at least.It shows that organizational factors are the key factors affecting collaborative innovation of BIM technology.Based on the conclusions of the previous chapter,the paper further analyzes how organizational factors affect the collaborative application of BIM technology across organizations.In cross-organizational collaborative application of BIM technologies based on the analysis of the constituent elements,social network analysis method is applied to give themulti-agent cross-organizational collaborative BIM technology measuring dimension of coupling relationship,build the network structure and the position and role of network function measurement,cross-organizational collaborative application of BIM technology measure static coupling model between the main body;With typical cases,from the overall structure,the network node position and function of cross-organizational collaborative BIM technology application of collaborative relationship is studied between the main body,has been clear about the main body role of cross-organizational collaborative BIM technology position and function,identify the owner,design consultant and construction general contracting unit is in the process of cross-organizational collaborative BIM technology key organizations.They act as supporters and coordinators of BIM technology in the whole inter-organizational collaborative network,and play a key role in the collaborative application of BIM technology in actual engineering projects.Finally,based on the above conclusions,Suggestions and measures are put forward to promote the collaborative application of BIM technology across organizations from three aspects: technology environment,enterprise cooperation and enterprise individuals.To promote the collaborative application of BIM technology across organizations,it is necessary to create a good BIM technology environment atmosphere by strengthening policy promotion,accelerating the construction of BIM environment in the industry and accelerating the construction of BIM technology in China.From the perspective of enterprise cooperation,the efficiency of BIM technical cooperation between enterprises should be improved by establishing a new construction mode,building a collaborative platform for resource informatization and building a dynamic feedback control system.Finally,measures such as increasing the information access channels of network gatekeepers,strengthening the accumulation of management experience of coordinators and improving the impetus of new technologies by advocates should be taken to promote the application of BIM technology. |
