How to efficiently prevent the slopes of mountainous operating expressway, reasonably select the prevention scheme and reduce the slope instability disaster are the key issue to ensure the traffic safety and reduce the maintenance cost. The current slope prevention technology is mainly researched from the perspective of slope stability, but there is a lack of multifaceted decision-making research on slope prevention scheme. For this purpose, the thesis is based on the evaluation model of cloud-TOPSIS to carry out the comparison and selection of slope prevention scheme for mountainous operating expressway,in order to establish a set of scientific and reasonable index system and model of comparison and selection,so as to provide reference for engineering decision-making.(1)By reviewing a large amount of literature, integrating the knowledge of slope prevention, including the types of slope diseases and common prevention schemes etc.,and understanding the factors affecting the selection of slope prevention schemes, the applications of existing evaluation system was analyzed in depth. The primary index system of comparison and selection was established from 20 indexes in 4 aspects of"safety, technology, economy and environmental protection".The experts were invited to remove and integrate the unreasonable parts of identified indexes in the literature,so the 15 preliminary indexes of comparison and selection were obtained.(2)On the basis of literature analysis and expert interviews, the opinions about comparison and selection indexes were collected through questionnaires. Then the indexes were further screened through reliability test, mean test and variance test by using the SPSS software. Finally,a total of 11 indexes were obtained around the 4 aspects of "safety, technology, economy and environmental protection".The index system suitable for the comparison and selection of slope prevention scheme of mountainous operating expressway was established.(3)Based on the cloud model theory, the information between qualitative and quantitative indexes was fully expressed. The qualitative indexes in the index system were converted into index scores, and the cloud model decision matrix of the scheme was formed together with the original quantitative indexes.Meanwhile,in order to balance the subjectivity and objectivity between the indexes, the game theory was used to fuse the subjective weights calculated by the cloud-AHP method and the objective weights calculated by the entropy weight method to obtain the combined weights. On this basis, the relative closeness of each scheme was ranked by using the TOPSIS principle, and the best scheme was obtained by comparison.A cloud-TOPSIS evaluation-based comparison and selection model of slope prevention scheme for mountainous operating expressway was constructed.(4)Relied on the landslide prevention project of Tongling to Chizhou section in Anhui Expressway along Yangtze River, the established comparison and selection model of slope prevention scheme of mountainous operating expressway was applied to compare and select the prevention scheme of the relying project. The best scheme was calculated to meet the actual prevention scheme and treatment work, and the prevention effect was excellent. The applicability and feasibility were verified for the constructed comparison and selection model of slope prevention scheme of mountainous operating expressway. In summary, the index system and model of comparison and selection of slope prevention scheme for mountainous operating expressway based on the cloud-TOPSIS evaluation in this thesis can provide decision-making reference for slope prevention projects.
