With the advancement of economic globalization,trade exchanges between countries and between provinces and cities have become more frequent.The port's low cost and large transportation capacity make it an important part of transportation.From the development of Singapore Port,Hamburg Port and Hong Kong Port,the development of the port has a positive effect on the urban economy.At present,the overall economy is in a downturn.At this time,the "One Belt,One Road" proposal not only facilitates the economic and trade exchanges of 65 countries along the route,but also provides a superior macro environment for the intergenerational development of the port.First of all,this paper combs the current intergenerational research at home and abroad,and combines the domestic representative literature to summarize the indicators affecting the intergenerational port and establish an evaluation index system.Secondly,the inter-generational evaluation model of the port is constructed by using the entropy weight-TOPSIS.Thirdly,taking the 10 scale ports of the Bohai Sea port as the research object,the port intergenerational evaluation model is used to analyze the intergenerational situation of the Bohai Sea port.The study found that the development of the Bohai Sea port has gone through four stages.The first stage was before 1952,when the port had a transit function of land and water reloading,and the port was small and slow to develop.The second stage was from 1953 to 1999.The port became a part of transportation.It has transit,warehousing and port-based industrial agglomeration with value-added services such as packaging and processing.The port scale has gradually increased and the port has developed rapidly.The third phase from 2000 to 2014,the rapid development of port and port has quickly become a window for the city to open to the outside world,and is an important part of transportation.The concentration of port-based industries has promoted the upgrading of port functions,and the port industry structure has become complicated.Three industries,mainly shipping,freight forwarding,insurance,and finance,have emerged.The fourth stage after 2015,under the"Belt and Road" strategy,provides opportunities for the fourth generation of port development.Intergenerational situation of the Bohai Rim port:Tianjin Port,Dalian Port,Qingdao Port and Tangshan Port are in the third-generation port stage to the fourth-generation port.Tianjin Port has priority over the other three in terms of infrastructure,production capacity and direct hinterland.The main reason for the port is that Tianjin Port,as the external window of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,has increased the development process of Tianjin Port.Yantai Port,Yingkou Port and Rizhao Port are developed from the second-generation port to the third-generation port,but they already have some characteristics of the third-generation port.The intergenerational generation of the Bohai Sea port has the characteristics of leapfrogging,non-stepping,discontinuity,functional compatibility and functional crossover.Finally,combined with the "Belt and Road",the fourth generation development direction of the Bohai Sea port is proposed:First,the regional port grouping and differentiation development.The second is the formation of the Hong Kong-Port Alliance,the MTR Alliance and the Port Alliance,The third is the integrated development of Hong Kong-made cities and the desire to regionalize the port.The fourth is to strengthen the application of information technology and build a smart port.The fifth is to build an industrial logistics park to meet the needs of the flexible market.This paper studies the intergenerational development of the Bohai Sea port on the one hand to make up for the vacancy in the inter-generational quantitative research field of the port.On the other hand,it provides reference for the intergenerational generation of the Bohai Rim Port under the "One Belt,One Road" strategy.At the same time,due to the numerous ports in the Bohai Sea port group,the development level Different,so the study of the Bohai Sea port group is representative and can provide reference for other port groups.
