With the continuous deepening of the concept of energy saving and environmental protection,the state Power Grid Corp has proposed the development plan of building smart grid,in order to reduce environmental pollution and improve energy efficiency.Smart grid is the basic purpose of economy,efficiency,safety,stability,energy saving and environmental protection.It also has the characteristics of open,compatible and self healing.Smart grid is the inevitable direction of power system development.Under such a background,it is very important to transform and upgrade the conventional substation,and it is also an integral part of the development of smart grid.Through the analysis of research status at home and abroad,research on traditional substation intelligent transformation of the excessive focus on the technical scheme,while few studies from the perspective of industrial engineering,this paper aiming at several alternative scheme in order to determine the most appropriate plan.This paper first analyzes the advantages compared to the traditional substation intelligent substation,the key technology of intelligent substation are introduced briefly,a brief analysis of the impact of key technology reform project,expounds the basic knowledge related to assessment of intelligence reform program.Then,according to the basic situation of the Changcheng Substation,the feasibility of the intelligent transformation is analyzed,and the 3 Schemes of intelligent transformation are put forward.In view of these 3transformation schemes,a model based on Improved TOPSIS method is put forward,and the evaluation index system is constructed,and the index weight calculation method is determined.Finally,through the evaluation of the 3 intelligent transformation schemes of the Changcheng Substation,the conclusion that the scheme two is the best scheme is obtained,and the main contents of the intelligent transformation of the scheme two are explained.This paper adopts the improved TOPSIS method to research the traditional substation intelligent transformation scheme which effectively solves the multiple complex problems in decision making,can make scientific and rational selection scheme of intelligent transformation,and provides a useful reference for other conventional substation intelligent transformation research and selection of plan.
