Research On Quality Control Optimization Of Measurement Products In M Company

Today’s market environment is complex and changeable,market competition is increasingly fierce,coupled with the sudden epidemic in 2020,the global overall economic slowdown,the bankruptcy of small and medium-sized enterprises has become no surprise,the manufacturing industry is facing more and more severe environment,the competition is also more and more fierce,enterprises want to win in the fierce competition,from the scale advantage to the quality advantage of the transformation has become an inevitable trend.This paper takes the measurement products of M company as the research object,and studies the quality control of measurement products.Firstly,it introduces the general situation of M company and briefly expounds the current situation of measurement product quality control of M company.Then,in the form of questionnaire,the data obtained from the client are collected.Through the sorting and analysis of the data,the improvement direction of measurement product quality control of M company is summarized.Then it expounds the optimization objectives and principles of measurement product quality control of M company,studies the measurement product quality control of M company by using the management method of Lean Six Sigma(DMAIC,Define Measure Analyze Improve Control),optimizes the process and production layout,implements statistical process control for key processes,and formulates the quality control optimization countermeasures suitable for measurement products of M company,This paper puts forward optimization strategies from six aspects:optimization of equipment monitoring,optimization of equipment management control,improvement of rules and regulations,process optimization,optimization of raw material quality control and optimization of inspection environment,so as to improve the quality control level of metering products of M company.Finally,in order to ensure that the quality control optimization strategy of measurement products of M company can be implemented smoothly,the guarantee measures are put forward from five aspects: leaders pay attention to guarantee,strengthen the quality control ability of grass-roots employees,talent guarantee,establish the basic database of quality control and quality culture guarantee.
