| Under the process of urban renewal,the protection and utilization of historical districts has became an important way to enhance the connotation and improve the competitiveness of the city.However,in reality,the main way to renewal is still by tearing down and reconstructing,resulting in culture loss.This article focuses on the protection and utilization of historical blocks,taking Nantou Ancient City as a case study.From the perspective of urban renewal,based on the theoretical basis of multi-governance,this article uses surveys and interviews to collect data by literature research and case study two main methods.The process of the micro-renovation of Nantou Ancient City is analyzed from the three operating mechanisms of participation mechanism,coordination mechanism,and guarantee mechanism.This article analyzes the practical problems of the micro-renovation of Nantou Ancient City under multiple governance,deeply analyzes the reasons behind it,and come up with corresponding strategies and suggestions,in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for the future dynamic development of Nantou Ancient City. |
