Research On The Micro Renewal Design Of Hanzhong Historical And Cultural District

As an important part of urban development,historical and cultural blocks can reflect the real traditional culture and lifestyle.As a historical and Cultural District in Hanzhong,dongguanzheng street is a relatively complete historical district in Hanzhong.Nowadays,due to the lack of long-term maintenance and the spontaneous construction of the indigenous people,the spatial pattern,traditional style and living environment of the historical and Cultural District of dongguanzheng Street are facing severe challenges.This paper is based on the research of the challenges faced by the historical and cultural blocks in the current urbanization,combined with the relevant literature reading and renewal design examples,so as to take the "micro" renewal of the material space of dongguanzheng street as the object of the direct implementation strategy,and take the daily life needs of residents as the real driving force of the material space renewal,trying to construct a set of historical and cultural blocks suitable for dongguanzheng street in Hanzhong Design strategy of block micro renewal.This topic is based on this idea,mainly through the analysis of the courtyard space,street space and architectural space of the historical and cultural block of dongguanzheng street,based on the perspective of micro renewal,this paper puts forward the renewal strategy from five aspects: reshaping the space form,repairing the architectural space,enriching the node memory,inheriting the cultural context and improving the infrastructure,so as to improve the physical space of dongguanzheng street Through the design practice,through the division of the overall spatial layout of the block and the selection of appropriate intervention points,through the new construction and activation means to trigger "micro" space,finally,from the micro aspects of daily life of the block to activate and improve the idle space,reasonable function replacement of the courtyard,improving the quality of architectural space and stimulating the vitality of the block,the micro renewal design of Dongguan main street is explored.This paper hopes to provide constructive solutions for the protection and renewal of dongguanzheng street historical and cultural blocks,and provide new ideas for the protection and renewal of relevant historical and cultural blocks from the perspective of "micro renewal".
