| With the rapid economic development and the rapid growth of urban population in my country,more and more underground spaces such as super high-rise buildings and subways are being developed,and the excavation depth of the underground space has gradually deepened.Deep foundation pit engineering with large depth and span and complex surrounding environment.In the construction process of traditional construction technology,there are problems such as low communication efficiency of technically complex construction plan disclosure,high construction quality and safety risks,etc.,and can no longer meet the basic requirements of deep foundation pit construction in terms of quality,safety,construction period,cost,etc..With the advancement of science and technology and the development of information technology,BIM technology has overcome some construction problems under traditional construction technology by virtue of its advantages of visualization,simulation and drawing,and will gradually replace the backward traditional construction technology in the past.Although BIM technology is a development trend,at this stage,from the perspective of actual needs,the research on the application of BIM technology in national deep foundation pit engineering has just started.The overall application of deep foundation pit engineering projects is not perfect and systematic.Therefore,this paper attempts to study the application of BIM technology in the construction of deep foundation pits:(1)Sort out and summarize the current research status of BIM technology at home and abroad,analyze the characteristics of the current deep foundation pit engineering and the main problems in construction,and put forward the urgency and necessity of introducing BIM technology in the construction of deep foundation pit engineering.(2)Introduce the definition and characteristics of BIM technology,analyze the application and research status of BIM technology in deep foundation pit engineering,introduce various software of BIM technology,compare BIM technology with traditional construction technology,and analyze the application value of BIM technology.(3)Explore and analyze the improvement methods based on BIM technology in the construction of deep foundation pit engineering,establish the construction organization and application process of deep foundation pit engineering based on BIM technology,through collision inspection,drawing review and technical disclosure,construction simulation,engineering Research and analysis of BIM key technologies such as quantitative extraction are conducted,and the systematic application rules and characteristics of BIM technology in the construction of deep foundation pits are summarized.(4)Taking a deep foundation pit engineering project as an example,this paper introduces the creation process of the deep foundation pit model of the project,and based on the 3D model of the deep foundation pit project created by Revit software,the collision check,technical disclosure,construction dynamic simulation and engineering quantity extraction,etc.are carried out.Application,reflecting the practicability and efficiency of BIM technology. |
