In recent years,urban land is becoming more and more scarce.In order to save land,a large number of super-high-rise and underground space projects have emerged,which makes the deep foundation pit project develop.But with the continuous improvement of requirements,the difficulty of construction is increasing,resulting in frequent accidents in foundation pit engineering.With the development of information technology in our country,BIM technology has become the product of the new era construction industry.The traditional construction management mode can be changed by integrating information in construction and visualizing construction site management,so as to reduce the construction accident rate.Foundation pit engineering,as an important part of the construction field,is characterized by instability,many influencing factors,limited workspace and lack of information,which leads to frequent construction accidents.BIM technology can realize the visualization and information security management mode by simulating the field.It can solve the problems in the foundation pit construction very well and will play an important role in the field of foundation pit engineering.First of all,this paper analyzes 105 cases of foundation pit accidents.Based on the grounded theory,three-level coding of the factors affecting the accident is carried out,and four categories and 23 accident inducing factors are summarized.The overall situation of the accident was analyzed,including the type of accident,the depth of foundation pit excavation,the location and time of the accident,and the characteristics and rules of the accident were summarized.At the same time,the association rules among the inducing factors of accidents are analyzed according to mathematical methods.By calculating the association degree and confidence degree of rules,the probability of different inducing factors is determined,which provides ideas for preventing accidents and building BIM safety management system.Secondly,based on the theoretical analysis of the first three chapters,a safety management system based on BIM technology is constructed.Firstly,the system functions and principles are described,and then the system is divided into data layer,model layer and application layer.The data layer mainly includes safety planning data safety monitoring data and safety early warning data.The model layer is the core part of the system and the basis of realizing all functions.It is divided into static model layer,dynamic model layer and functional model layer.The functional layer also includes three modules:safety planning module,safety monitoring module and safety early warning module.This part has carried on the concrete design and the research to the system function module,has carried on the elaboration to the key technology means,has guaranteed the system in the theory and the technical feasibility.Finally,the application system is monitored by a specific project case,and the system is operated according to the process and function of the system construction.The feasibility of the system in the three functional plates of safety planning,safety monitoring and safety early warning is verified,which provides a practical basis for the study of the article.
