Research On Application Of Deep Foundation Pit Construction Based On BIM Technology

With economic development,a large number of people are migrating to first-tier and super-first-tier cities,and crowded office space and living space have become a very serious problem.In order to solve the problem of congested space,a large number of high-rise buildings have emerged in the city,which is accompanied by deeper and deeper foundation pits and larger and larger spans.The world is entering a period of economic development dominated by the information industry.The integration of BIM technology as a digital technology with the traditional construction industry is a part of my country’s digital economy.In recent years,the application value of BIM has been increasingly affirmed in the engineering field.After reading a large number of domestic and foreign documents and learning BIM related software,this paper applies BIM technology to deep foundation pit construction.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This article summarizes the status quo of BIM development at home and abroad,and derives the research status of domestic BIM in deep foundation pits.Introduce the definition and characteristics of BIM technology.The traditional construction is compared with the construction assisted by BIM technology,and the software,application process and application advantages are explained separately.(2)Analyze the safety problems existing in the construction of deep foundation pits and analyze the reasons for their formation and the methods of BIM technology to solve these problems.Study the unsafe factors and identification methods of BIM technology in the preparation stage and construction stage of deep foundation pit construction,and put forward the idea of building a safe construction platform.(3)Explain the application process of BIM in deep foundation pit construction,and conduct specific analysis from the creation of BIM team,creation of BIM model,construction preparation stage,construction technology disclosure,construction schedule simulation,construction site layout,etc.(4)Carry out BIM application through specific deep foundation pit cases,analyze the value of BIM technology in deep foundation pit engineering,and interview relevant BIM staff to evaluate the application of BIM technology in engineering construction.
