| In the long history of development, the development of markets in China has gone through three stages, namely the birth and initial formation stage, the development and prosperity stage, and the twists and turns and transformation stage. With the continuous promotion of the construction of rural urbanization in China, the development of rural markets is facing the dilemma of being banned and transformed. The national policy of building "beautiful countryside" and the development strategy of "rural revitalization" proposed in 2014 and 2017 respectively have put forward initiatives and strategic deployment in terms of rural industry, landscape, culture, ecology, organization and other aspects.Starting from the question of "how to develop rural markets",this paper discusses the common problems of rural markets and the individual problems of a particular market, and analyzes and researches the specific problems of a market to propose suitable spatial optimization design strategies. The paper is divided into three parts: the first part is a research review, which summarizes the research on rural markets at home and abroad;the second part is a common study, which summarizes the spatial characteristics of rural markets, the spatial needs of market participants and the common problems of rural markets by combining field research and relevant research reviews;the third part is a case study, which takes the Zhangwan Market in Tongzhou,Beijing as the research object. The third part is a case study, taking the Zhangwan Market in Beijing’s Tongzhou area as the research object, analyzing the current spatial situation of Zhangwan Market in terms of historical development, real residents’ needs and current space, summarizing the spatial problems of Zhangwan Market, and proposing spatial optimization design strategies for Zhangwan Market. The study of rural markets is mainly carried out in three dimensions: one summarizes the historical development pattern and spatial evolution characteristics of traditional markets in China;two studies the relevant theoretical concepts of markets, the spatial distribution characteristics of rural markets, and the influencing factors of spatial distribution;three proposes the influence of rural markets on rural society from the economic, political, social, and cultural levels. In the study of the commonality of rural markets, three spatial forms of rural markets are proposed, and the space of rural markets is divided into four parts: collection and distribution space, trading space, service space and ecological leisure space, and the research focuses on the trading space of rural markets, analyzing the commodity structure, spatial distribution of commodities, the form of stall arrangement and the characteristics of stall space of rural markets. We used questionnaire interviews and Internet media reviews to analyze the personal characteristics of village market participants, their participation patterns, and the spatial needs of village markets. In the case study of Zhangwan Market,we conducted two parts of work: combing the historical development of Zhangwan Market and investigating the current spatial situation.First,we consulted seven county records of Beijing Tongzhou area to sort out the development of Zhangwan Market and Tongzhou area market;second,we used the method of video recording to record the current spatial situation of Zhangwan Market, the space of stalls and the crowd of the market, and used the form of graphic drawing to visually reflect the current space of Zhangwan Market, and finally proposed the current problem of the space of Zhangwan Market, and based on this,we proposed The design strategy of "function placement, space integration, path optimization, stall arrangement and ecological integration" is proposed. Finally,we summarize the whole paper and point out the shortcomings and future research prospect of this paper.Through this study,we hope to promote the development and optimization of rural markets, create reasonable and suitable spaces for rural market activities, and lay the foundation for the modern transformation and sustainable development of rural markets. |
