Since the reform and opening up,the construction of urbanization in China presents an explosive expansion trend.At the same time,a series of problems have emerged: serious homogenization between cities,traffic congestion,intensified environmental pollution,land shortage and so on.In the new era,urban construction begins to enter the transformation stage of stock renewal from incremental development,and the design of stock renewal is bound to pay more attention to the spatial places with historical and cultural value and regional cultural characteristics in the city.As a spatial form still existing in the process of urban transformation,farmers’ market is a public place full of "fireworks" in the city.Its management form is more full of "popularity" and "human flavor",and its space is also full of original vitality with a sense of reality and affinity.Therefore,to some extent,the liveliness of farmers’ markets directly reflects the vitality index of urban community public space.However,with the rapid development of large supermarkets and convenience stores,the operation of farmers’ markets has a great impact,which is manifested in the diverting of customers and increasing operating pressure.Therefore,how to enhance the vitality of the farmers’ market space,reproduce the lively exchange scene between customers and vegetable vendors in the past,so as to further improve the operating situation,enhance the competitiveness of the farmers’ market,is an important topic discussed and solved in this thesis.Based on the above background and current situation,this thesis takes Nanchang Farmers market as the research object.First of all,through literature research and inductive analysis,the current development of Nanchang farmers’ markets are studied,the types of farmers’ markets are sorted out,and the spatial characteristics of wheat garden farmers’ markets are summarized.Secondly,the field research method is used to investigate the spatial vitality of Nanchang Maiyuan Farmers’ Market.Through the analysis and summary of the questionnaire data,the problems reflected behind the data are analyzed.In addition,the case analysis method is adopted to compare and analyze excellent design cases at home and abroad,extract the similarities and differences of their design,summarize the desirable points,and determine the promotion strategy and method of this thesis.Finally,taking The Maiyuan Farmers’ market as an example,the renewal strategy of Maiyuan farmers’ market is proposed based on the above theoretical analysis,data analysis and case analysis.This thesis mainly combining with real cases and related research theory,space for Nanchang Maiyuan Farmers’ Market dynamic promotion strategy proposed own design method,in order to Nanchang,the establishment and perfection of the harmonious community to provide guidance to farmers market governance,at the same time also hope to enrich the urban public space dynamic research,contribute their own academic power. |
