| Since the 1990 s,prefabricated steel structures have been used in China’s construction projects.However,the quality management of prefabricated steel structures has low levels of informationization,difficulty in information sharing and collaboration,low visualization,and quality management evaluation Many issues,such as lack of ideas.This paper applies BIM and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the quality management of prefabricated steel structure engineering,which can not only improve the efficiency of quality management,but also evaluate the quality management effect after applying BIM.First,through BIM and traditional quality management,analyze the causes of quality accidents in fabricated steel structures,and demonstrate the practicality of BIM through practical examples;according to the quality management of fabricated steel structures and actual engineering characteristics,combined with expert interviews and A large amount of literature serves as the theoretical basis of the thesis.Through the key research on the establishment of BIM organization,four phase management,eight application points of quality management,4M1 E,and PDCA,the quality management approach of assembled steel structure engineering based on BIM is determined.Secondly,this article analyzes steel structure welding engineering,fastener connection engineering,steel parts and steel component processing based on the characteristics of fabricated steel structure engineering through the investigation of experts and the reading of a large amount of literature on the evaluation index system of fabricated steel structure engineering.Engineering,steel component assembly engineering,steel component pre-assembly engineering,steel structure installation engineering,profiled metal sheet engineering,steel structure painting engineering,etc.Evaluation model of steel structure engineering quality management.Finally,the BIM application of the Anshan Iron and Steel Group’s industrial plant project is analyzed,and the mathematical model established by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the effect of BIM-based Angang Steel project quality management.This article starts from a completely new perspective and evaluates the quality management effect of BIM-based prefabricated steel structures by constructing prefabricated steel structure engineering quality management evaluation models.It also provides model tools for quality management evaluation of fabricated steel structure engineering,which has practical engineering significance. |
