| At present,there are as many as 96 national and provincial intangible cultural heritage sites along the Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway,but they are mainly protected by individual units,and the fragmented situation has buried their due value.Inspired by the integration of discrete heritage points on cultural routes such as the "Grand Canal" and"Silk Road",this study expects to make overall planning from the overall protection of intangible cultural heritage along the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway "It is integrated with the intangible cultural heritage sites with historical and cultural mechanisms,so that the overall value of the intangible cultural heritage projects along the high-speed rail line can be effectively highlighted.First of all,from the perspective of the world cultural heritage protection field,the concept of cultural route was introduced into this study.By sorting out the development and changes of cultural routes and the evolution of their concepts,the definition and connotation and identification elements of cultural routes are gradually clarified,and the research perspective of intangible cultural heritage is expanded with the concept of protection and development.On this theoretical basis,the feasibility of the BeijingZhangjiakou high-speed railway line as a cultural line is analyzed from the four elements of background,line content,dynamics,and overall cross-cultural significance,and the connotation of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway line as a cultural line is explained.Second,carry out the census of intangible cultural heritage across the board.On the basis of clearly defined standards,collect,screen and register the intangible cultural heritage projects along the Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway,sort out the intangible cultural heritage data with three-level classification standards to form readable entry data,and create intangible cultural heritage pictures and texts along the Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway.database.Through the comprehensive analysis of the three aspects of the intangible cultural heritage system’s spatial distribution,type composition,and historical age,four system characteristics have been obtained,including diverse connotations,diverse types of synthesis,geographic space symbiosis,and distinctive artistic characteristics.After having a comprehensive and accurate understanding of the intangible cultural heritage projects along the Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway,from the nationaloriented level to the local government,and then to the individual intangible cultural heritage projects,the protection status of the intangible cultural heritage project is discussed from a progressive perspective.The development model is analyzed from the macro,meso and micro dimensions,and three problems are found: the lack of an overall protection mechanism,the unrelated line material elements,and the unbalanced protection of individual intangible cultural heritage.Finally,under the guidance of the goal of "seeking consensus,co-protection,cogovernance,and ultimately win-win" and the principle of "authenticity,integrity,and dynamics",the top-down approach of "overall planning and overall protection" Institutional management construction,to the construction of a complete cultural system of "comprehensive census,classification and sorting",to the introduction of a comprehensive evaluation perspective of "value judgment,grade evaluation",and finally to the specific design ideas of "practical exploration,visual translation",proposed Beijing The concept of the linear protection and development path of the intangible cultural heritage projects along the high-speed rail line,and the practical exploration of the concept. |
