In order to improve the user experience of high-speed rail travel,we summarize the shortcomings of the current high-speed rail travel experience through user research, explore the real pain points of users, and provide corresponding solutions.Supported by the user experience design concept, through theoretical research, field research, user research, and KANO model function research, the AR glasses smart high-speed rail travel product design research will be carried out.First of all, taking the process of high-speed rail travel user experience as the entry point of this research,it sorts out and analyzes the travel behavior process and user background characteristics of high-speed rail travel users, conducts scenario simulations for users in different scenario modes, summarizes similar behaviors, and combines high-speed rail travel users. The travel process is decomposed into three stages: before the trip, during the trip, and after the trip, and the user’s behavioral goals are subdivided.Through the theoretical analysis of the user experience design of high-speed rail travel products and the analysis of user behavior process, the problems existing in high-speed rail travel products are summarized.Secondly, through field research, user interviews, questionnaire surveys, and in-depth research on the explicit needs and deep hidden needs of Beijing high-speed rail travel users, analyze the questionnaire data, draw user experience maps and user portraits, summarize user pain points and excavate Identify the corresponding design opportunity points to solve the pain points, and turn the opportunity points into design entry points. Then use the KANO model function research tool to determine the priority of the function. Finally, the design and research of user needs, usage scenarios, and human-computer interaction modes are carried out.According to the research conclusions, the core function design scheme is proposed and the design practice is completed. This research design provides a design basis and reference. |
