Research On The User Experience Design Of Urban Rail Transit Travel APP Based On Scenario Theory

With the development of Internet information technology and the Intelligent of urban rail transit,people’s travel has become increasingly convenient.Since 2012,There have been 37 cities across the country using rail transit travel apps.People have gradually abandoned the traditional way of buying tickets and riding in cash and directly using APP to scan codes to enter,which makes people’s travel faster and more convenient.Effectively reduce the operating costs of the rail transit industry.At present,there are many differences in the function and content design of rail transit apps in various cities,and the low user satisfaction has led to difficulties in the promotion of rail transit apps in many cities.Therefore,in the context of traditional industries and Internet technology,it is urgent to explore how to improve the user experience of urban rail transit apps and improve user satisfaction.Based on the context of urban rail transit interconnection in the Yangtze River Delta,this paper proposes and implements a design plan for the general rail travel APP in the Yangtze River Delta region through related theoretical methods and user research.This research first conducts research on urban rail transit apps and scenario theory,expounds the importance of using scenario theory to study the user experience of urban rail transit apps and the research process;secondly,it conducts five levels of user experience for urban rail transit apps in the Yangtze River Delta region Analyze to understand the current status of app functions and content,find problems and design opportunities;then conduct user research through user questionnaires,user field observations,and in-depth interviews,build the role model of the target user,and find the potential needs of the user;then Based on the user needs of the urban rail transit APP,the target scene model for rail travel is constructed from three aspects:value vision,activity scenes,and interactive scenes;finally,taking design practice as an example,the target scene model in the previous chapter is used to generalize the Yangtze River Delta region.The rail transit APP is designed and applied,and the final usability test and evaluation are carried out to provide guidance and reference for the experience design of urban rail transit travel APP.
