Our country’s high-speed train operation has entered a mature stage.With the popularization of high-speed train infrastructure and the improvement of the train’s own performance,on the basis of meeting safety and speed,passengers’ demand and vision for high-speed train travel experience are gradually increasing.At the same time,with the development of intercity railways,short-distance routes,and urban rails between urban agglomerations,more passengers choose to use trains for office commuting and business trips.Therefore,such passengers have prompted new requirements for ride experience.This article first starts from the experience needs of office travel passengers,uses literature research,case analysis,user research and other methods to gain insight into passenger needs,and uses scenario theory to analyze train experience scenarios.Secondly,it analyzes the existing high-speed train seats and car environment at home and abroad,and analyzes the design philosophy and advantages behind it.At the same time,it uses the theory of environmental psychology to study the passenger experience in the environment of the Fuxing high-speed train.Through the systematic analysis of "passenger-seat-carriage environment",it explores the pain points and opportunities in the existing riding environment.Finally,when optimizing the design,the forward perceptual engineering research method is used to explore the perceptual image of passengers on the high-speed train seat.This article uses "freely,comfortable,casual,and sensual" to study the corresponding four pairs of perceptual images.The morphological analysis method extracts the shape of the high-speed train seat,and applies the quantitative type I analysis to predict the product shape and guide the design plan.In addition,on the basis of industrial design,an interactive design method was adopted to jointly introduce a set of short-distance high-speed train seat design schemes based on the office travel experience for the hardware and software design perspectives.Based on the needs of office travel,this article also improves the ride experience in the overall compartment environment.It not only accurately meets the needs of the office crowd,but also expands the scope of design improvements to create a more comfortable ride experience for passengers.The purpose of this thesis is to explore how to create a way more suitable for personal travel and office riding experience in the environment of the increasing development of high-speed trains,and to provide a new perspective and reference for the design of high-speed train seats.
